7.8 Problemen met verzenden
Als de fax niet kan worden verzonden omdat de lijn van de ontvanger in gesprek is, kunt u de fax nogmaals
verzenden met de functie Opnieuw kiezen.
Met de functie voor opnieuw kiezen op dit apparaat kan automatisch en handmatig opnieuw worden gekozen
en opnieuw worden verzonden.

Opmerking
Als automatisch of handmatig opnieuw wordt gekozen, kan de bestemming niet in de lijst Huidige
opdrachten worden gewijzigd.
Opnieuw kiezen
"Opnieuw kiezen" is de functie die wordt gebruikt om een nummer opnieuw te kiezen.
Als een fax niet kan worden verzonden omdat de lijn van de ontvanger in gesprek is, wordt het nummer na
een bepaalde periode opnieuw gekozen. Totdat het nummer opnieuw is gekozen, wordt de opdracht die
moet worden verzonden behandeld als een gereserveerde opdracht, waarvoor het nummer opnieuw moet
worden gekozen.
Automatisch opnieuw kiezen
Als een fax niet kan worden verzonden omdat de lijn van de ontvanger in gesprek is, wordt het nummer
automatisch het aantal keer opnieuw gekozen dat is ingesteld via Telefoonlijninstellingen.

De functie voor automatisch opnieuw kiezen is standaard ingesteld op 3 keer, met een interval van drie
minuten.
Handmatig opnieuw kiezen (lijst Huidige opdrachten)
Met deze handeling kunt u faxnummers die opnieuw moeten worden gekozen, handmatig opnieuw laten
kiezen.
1 Druk op [Opdr. lijst] en vervolgens op [Opdrachtdetails].
2 Druk op [Verzenden].
3 Selecteer een opdracht met de status [Wachten opn. kiezen] en selecteer dan [Opnieuw kiezen].
