Als "Abbr. Dial" is geselecteerd

No. Geef het registratienummer op.
Selecteer "Use opening number" of "Direct Input".
Voer het nummer in als "Direct Input" is geselecteerd. Als "0" is opgegeven,
wordt de gebruikerbox automatisch geregistreerd met het volgende beschik-
bare nummer.
Name Geef de naam op van het programma (tot 24 tekens).
Limiting Access to Destinations Selecteer het weergaveniveau voor de bestemming.
Als "Search from Reference Allowed Group" is geselecteerd, klikt u op de knop
[Search from List] en selecteert u vervolgens een toegangsmachtigingsgroep
in de lijst. Als "Set direct Reference Allowed Level" is geselecteerd, selecteer
dan een niveau.
Destination Information Geef de bestemming op.
Selecteer "Select from Address Book" of "Direct Input". Om een bestemming
in het adresboek te selecteren, klikt u op de knop [Search from List] en maakt
u vervolgens uw keuze uit de lijst met de adresboekbestemmingen. U kunt een
adresboekbestemming ook zoeken volgens het nummer of de indextekens.
Om de verzendbestemmingen te controleren, klikt u op de knop [Check
Destination].
Als "Direct Input" is geselecteerd, voert u het adres in (tot 38 tekens, alleen cij-
fers, #, *, T, P en E). Klik op de knop [Display] naast "Communication Setting"
en selecteer vervolgens de communicatie-instelling ("V34 Off", "ECM Off", "In-
ternational Communication", "Check Destination"). Er kan een lijn worden ge-
selecteerd als de optionele fax-multilijn is geïnstalleerd.
Resolution Selecteer de resolutie.
File Type Selecteer de bestandsindeling.
Simplex/Duplex Selecteer "1-Sided", "2-Sided" of "Cover Sheet + 2-Sided".
Original Type Selecteer de kwaliteit van het document, zoals de tekst of de foto.
Separate Scan Selecteer "ON" of "OFF".
Density Selecteer de densiteit.
Background Removal Pas de densiteit van de achtergrond aan.
Scan Size Selecteer het documentformaat ("Auto" of "Standard Size").
Als "Standard Size" is geselecteerd, selecteer dan het formaat en de toevoer-
richting.
Application Setting Klik op de knop [Display] en geef vervolgens de instellingen op voor de functies
die worden weergegeven.
Timer TX Selecteer of de timertransmissie al dan niet moet worden ingeschakeld. Geef
de tijd op als "ON" is geselecteerd.
Password TX Selecteer of de wachtwoordtransmissie al dan niet moet worden ingeschakeld.
Geef het wachtwoord op als "ON" is geselecteerd.
F-Code Selecteer of de F-codes al dan niet moeten worden ingeschakeld. Als "Enable"
is geselecteerd, voert u het subadres en het wachtwoord in.
2-Sided Binding Direction Selecteer de positie voor de inbindmarge van het document.
Special Original Selecteer "Normal", "Mixed Original", "Z-Folded Original" of "Long Original"
als de instelling voor het geladen document.
Erase Selecteer of de functie voor midden wissen al dan niet moet worden
ingeschakeld.
Als "ON" is geselecteerd, geef dan de breedte op die moet worden gewist aan
alle zijden van het document ("Top", "Bottom", "Left" en "Right").
Compose (Date/Time) Selecteer of de datum/tijd moet worden afgedrukt.
Als "ON" is geselecteerd, geeft u de instellingen op voor het volgende:
• Date Type
•Time Type
•Print Position
• Fine-Tune (voor het maken van fijne aanpassingen aan de afdrukpositie)
• Color
• Pages
•Size
