Er kunnen nieuwe gebruikersboxen worden gemaakt.

Let op
Als "Password Rules" is ingesteld op "Enable", kan alleen een wachtwoord van 8 tekens worden
opgegeven.
Als er reeds een gebruikersboxwachtwoord van minder dan 8 tekens is geregistreerd, moet u het
wachtwoord wijzigen zodat het 8 tekens bevat voordat u "Wachtwoordregels" instelt op "Activeren".

Opmerking
Als een beheerder is aangemeld, kunnen alleen openbare gebruikersboxen worden gemaakt en kunnen
ze niet worden gewijzigd.
Item Omschrijving
User Box Number Selecteer hoe het registratienummer moet worden opgegeven ("Use opening num-
ber" of "Input directly"). Voer het nummer in als "Input directly" geselecteerd. Als
"0" is opgegeven, wordt de gebruikerbox automatisch geregistreerd met het vol-
gende beschikbare nummer. (Bereik: 1 tot 999999999)
User Box Name Typ de gebruikersboxnaam (tot 20 tekens). Als een gebruikersboxwachtwoord
moet worden opgegeven, schakelt u het selectievakje "Use Box Password" in en
voert u vervolgens het wachtwoord in (tot 8 tekens, behalve " en +).
Index Selecteer de tekens voor de index.
Type Selecteer het gebruikersboxtype. Als "Personal" of "Group" is geselecteerd, geef
dan de eigenaar van de gebruikersbox op. Om een eigenaar van een gebruikersbox
in een lijst te selecteren, klikt u op de knop [User List] of [Account List].
Auto Delete Document Selecteer hoe lang ("Save", "12 hours", "1 day", "2 days", "3 days", "7 days" of
"30 days") een document in een gebruikersbox opgeslagen blijft.
User Box Expansion Function Deze instelling verschijnt wanneer de optionele faxkit is geïnstalleerd. Om de instel-
ling voor de vertrouwelijke ontvangst op te geven, klikt u op de knop [Display].
Schakel het selectievakje in en geef vervolgens het communicatiewachtwoord op
(tot 8 tekens, alleen cijfers, * en #).
