Geef de naam op van de scangegevens. Als er geen documentnaam is opgegeven, wordt de naam
automatisch ingesteld op basis van de volgende informatie.
Als voorbeeld wordt de naam "SKMBT_C55006102315230" hieronder toegelicht.
1 Druk op [Scaninstellingen] in het scherm van de fax/scanfunctie.
2 Druk op [Documentnaam].

Opmerking
"S" verschijnt voor documenten die zijn opgeslagen in het scherm van de Fax/Scan-functie
of het scherm Gebruikersbox.
KMBT_C550 Dit stelt de naam voor van het apparaat dat de gegevens heeft gescand. De standaardinstelling
is "KMBT_C550" ("KMBT_C451" op CS231, "KMBT_C650" op CS250). Deze naam kan worden
gewijzigd met de parameter "Machineadres invoeren" in het scherm beheerder/machine-instel-
ling in de beheerderfunctie. U kunt een naam met maximaal 10 tekens opgeven.
06102315231 Dit getal geeft het jaar (laatste twee cijfers), de maand, de dag, het uur en de minuten aan van
het tijdstip waarop de gegevens zijn gescand. Als het document deel uitmaakt van een reeks
scans, is het laatste cijfer een volgnummer.
_0001 Dit cijfer geeft de pagina aan wanneer gegevens met meerdere pagina's zijn gescand. Dit cijfer
verschijnt niet op het scherm voor de documentnaam, maar als het document wordt rondge-
stuurd, wordt het cijfer automatisch toegevoegd als onderdeel van de naam. Voeg dit gedeelte
toe aan de naam volgens de naamgevingsvoorwaarden van de server die de bestanden ont-
vangt, bijvoorbeeld wanneer u gegevens via FTP verzendt.

Dit is de extensie voor de opgegeven gegevensindeling. Deze tekens verschijnen niet op het
scherm voor de documentnaam, maar als het document wordt rondgestuurd, worden ze auto-
matisch toegevoegd als onderdeel van de naam.
