2 Druk op [Adresboek].
– De index verschijnt als "Standaard adresboek" (wordt weergegeven door op [Aangepaste weergave
inst.] te drukken in het scherm Gebruikersinstellingen en vervolgens op [Fax/Scaninstellingen] te
drukken) is ingesteld op "Index". Als "Adrestype" is geselecteerd, wordt de index van de
bestemmingstypes weergegeven.
– Het overeenkomende adres verschijnt als de naam van de geregistreerde bestemming wanneer op
een indexknop wordt gedrukt.
– U kunt de gewenste bestemming zoeken. Raadpleeg "Een bestemming die u zoekt, selecteren" op
pagina 5-17 voor meer informatie.
Een lijst met de geregistreerde bestemmingen wordt weergegeven.
3 Druk op een bestemmingsknop om het adres te selecteren.
– Er kunnen meerdere bestemmingen tegelijk worden opgegeven.
– Er kunnen extra bestemmingen worden toegevoegd door het adres rechtstreeks in te voeren.
De knop wordt gemarkeerd weergegeven en de bestemming verschijnt onder "Adressenlijst
uitzending".
4 Druk op [Scaninstellingen], [Origineel instellingen] of [Comm. instelling], en geef vervolgens de
gewenste scaninstellingen op.
– Raadpleeg "Scan- en verzendinstellingen opgeven
(Scaninstellingen/Origineelinstellingen/Communicatie-instellingen)" op pagina 5-30 voor meer
informatie over de scaninstellingen.
5 Plaats het document in de ADF of plaats het op de glasplaat.
6 Druk op het bedieningspaneel op de knop [Start].
Het scannen van het document wordt gestart en de gegevens worden verzonden.

Schakel de machine niet uit tot de scanopdracht is verwijderd uit het scherm Opdrachtlijst.
