8 Geef een instelling op voor "Synch.gebr.auth.&gebr.reg.".
– Synchroniseer
"Als AAN (MFP)" is ingesteld en "Gebruikersregistratie" is ingesteld op "AAN", kan de machine
worden gebruikt door alleen de gegevens van de gebruikersauthenticatie in te voeren wanneer de
machine voor de eerste keer wordt gebruikt, als de overeenkomende account werd opgegeven
tijdens de gebruikersregistratie.
Als "Ext. Serverauth." is geselecteerd en "Gebruikersregistratie" is ingesteld op "AAN" en nadat
de machine wordt gebruikt met de geschikte ingevoerde gebruikersauthenticatie en
gebruikersregistratie, kan de machine met deze instelling worden gebruikt door gewoon de
gebruikersauthenticatiegegevens in te voeren via een synchronisatie met de geauthenticeerde
account.
– Niet synchroniseren
Deze instelling vereist dat alle informatie voor de gebruikersauthenticatie en de gebruikersregistratie
telkens wordt ingevoerd wanneer de machine wordt gebruikt.
9 Druk op .
Het tweede scherm wordt weergegeven.
10 Geef een instelling op voor "Wannneer aantal opdr. max. bereikt".
– Druk op [Sla opdracht over] om de opdracht over te slaan wanneer de limiet die voor de
gebruikersauthenticatie is opgegeven, is bereikt.
– Druk op [Stop opdracht] om alle opdrachten te stoppen wanneer de limiet die voor de
gebruikersauthenticatie is opgegeven, is bereikt.
11 Geef een instelling op voor "Aantal toegewezen gebr.tellers".
– Druk op de toets [C] (wissen) om de waarde te wissen en gebruik vervolgens de cijfertoetsen om de
gewenste waarde op te geven (tussen 1 en 999).
– Als de instellingen voor de gebruikersauthenticatie en gebruikersregistratie werden toegepast,
kunt u tellers toewijzen aan de account en de gebruikers. Er kan een totaal worden gemaakt van de
tellers voor beide instellingen.
12 Geef "Instelling tijd ticket houden" op.
– Gebruik de cijfertoetsen om de tijd in te voeren. (1 tot 60 minuten)
– Geef de tijd op voor het behouden van het Kerveros-authenticatieticket. De instelling voor de tijd
voor het houden, wordt toegepast wanneer Active Directory is geselecteerd als het
authenticatieservertype.
13 Druk op [OK].
– Als de instelling voor "Gebruikersauthenticatie", "Gebruikersregistratie" of "Aantal tellers
toegewezen voor gebruikers" is gewijzigd, wordt het bericht "Wilt u teller voor alle
gebruiksbeheergegevens wissen?" weergegeven.
