Kopieert de gegevens van de documenten die in de gebruikersbox zijn opgeslagen naar een andere
gebruikersbox. U kunt de bestemming selecteren vanaf een openbare, persoonlijke en groepsgebruikersbox.
1 Selecteer de bestemmingsgebruikersbox en controleer de inhoud van het document.
2 Druk op [OK].

De weergave van de inhoud van verschillen voor de persoonlijk en groepsgebruikersboxen volgens de
gebruiker die is aangemeld.
U hoeft geen wachtwoord in te voeren, zelfs als er een wachtwoord werd opgegeven voor de
bestemmingsgebruikersbox.
8.2.5 Documentdetails
Hiermee kunt u de details van een opgeslagen document controleren vanaf het tiptoetsscherm.
Weergave van gedetailleerde informatie
% Selecteer een document en druk op [Documentdetails] om de volgende items te selecteren:
Item Omschrijving
Tijd opgesl. Toont de datum en het tijdstip waarop het document werd opgeslagen.
Gebruikersnaam Toont de modus (scannen, kopiëren of afdrukken) en de naam van de gebruiker die het
document heeft opgeslagen.
Bestandsnaam Toont de naam van het document.
Aantal pag. Toont het aantal pagina's in het document.
Opdr.nr. Toont het opdrachtnummer dat is gebruikt voor het opslaan (registreren) van het document.
[ ] [ ] Als er twee of meer documenten in de gebruikersbox zijn opgeslagen, moet u [ ] en
[ ] gebruiken om te schakelen tussen documenten.
[Voorbeeld] Druk op deze knop om te schakelen naar het voorbeeldscherm. Raadpleeg "Voorbeeld" op
pagina 8-8 voor meer informatie.
