Installazione e allacciamento

NOTA

Se la pompa viene utilizzata per aumentare la pressione, non deve essere superata la pressione

interna max. consentita di 6 bar sul lato di mandata.

La pressione della pompa si somma alla pressione di mandata.

Esempio: Pressione di mandata = 1 bar, pressione max. della pompa = 4,5 bar, pressione totale

= 5,5 bar

Per ridurre i rumori prodotti dalla pompa, in caso di installazione fissa collegare la pompa

alla rete delle tubazioni attraverso tubazioni flessibili resistenti alla pressione.

Equipaggiare la tubazione di aspirazione con un prefiltro e con una valvola di non ritorno o di

fondo. Fissare inoltre il tubo flessibile di aspirazione (ad es. ad un picchetto di legno) per ri-

durre il carico sulla pompa.

Posare la pompa in posizione orizzontale e stabile in un luogo asciutto.

– In caso di installazione fissa, osservare che per lo svuotamento della pompa deve essere po-

sizionato sotto alla vite di scarico un grande recipiente di raccolta.

Se possibile, posare la pompa più in alto rispetto al bacino di acqua da cui si intende pompare.

In caso contrario, montare fra la pompa e il tubo di aspirazione una valvola resistente alla pres-

sione.

Utilizzare sul lato di mandata e di aspirazione solo tubi a vuoto resistenti all'aspirazione.

Avvitare il tubo flessibile di aspirazione o di mandata con diametro interno da 25,0 mm (1") agli

attacchi.
