Emplazamiento y conexión
INDICACIÓN
Si la bomba se emplea para incrementar la presión no se debe sobrepasar la presión interior má-
xima permisible de 6 bar en el lado de presión.
La presión de la bomba se adiciona a la presión previa.
Ejemplo: Presión previa = 1 bar, presión máxima de la bomba = 4,5 bar, presión total = 5,5 bar.
Para reducir los ruidos de la bomba, una la bomba con la red de tuberías a través de man-
gueras flexibles resistentes a la presión en caso de una instalación fija.
Equipe la tubería de aspiración con un filtro previo y una válvula de retención o de pie. Fije
adicionalmente la manguera de aspiración (p. ej. en una estaca de madera) para descargar la
bomba de su peso.
Emplace la bomba horizontal y en una posición estable en lugar seco.
– Garantice en caso de una instalación fija, que un recipiente colector de suficiente tamaño se
pueda colocar debajo del tornillo de purga para el vaciado de la bomba.
Si es posible, emplace la bomba a un nivel más elevado que el depósito de agua del que se debe
bombear el agua. En otro caso, monte un válvula resistente a la presión entre la bomba y la
manguera de aspiración.
Utilice sólo mangueras de vacío resistentes a la aspiración en el lado de presión y en el lado de
aspiración.
Enrosque la manguera de aspiración y/o presión con un diámetro interior de 25,0 mm (1") en
las conexiones.
