Customer Feedback
If you would like to participate in our Customer Experience Improvement Program, please enable the
Customer Feedback reporting setting.
1. On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > More.
2. Select Settings > [OK].
3. Select More... > [OK] > Customer Feedback.
Windows® Update
You can update your Windows® Mobile device® using this function.
1. On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > More.
2. Select Settings > [OK].
3. Select More... > [OK] > Windows® Update.
Setting up E-mail
You can set up and register your e-mail account as follows:
1. On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > More.
2. Select Settings > [OK].
3. Select More... > More... > [OK] > Setup E-mail > [OK].
4. Write your e-mail address and password.
5. Press Next and follow the instructions to register your e-mail account.
Managed Programs
Managed Programs will help you resolve problems when the phone freezes. It can also help you solve
memory problems and allow you to terminate unnecessary programs.
1. On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > More.
2. Select Settings > [OK].
3. Select More... > More.. > [OK] > Managed Programs.
