Montage van de binnenkabels
en de bevestiging
Schuif de binnenkabels door de
buitenkabels en zorg ervoor dat
de buitenkabels volledig aanslui-
ten bij de draaischakelaar.
fDraai beide kabelspanners
compleet in (met de klok mee)
om maximaal ruimte te krijgen
voor de montage.
Trek stevig aan de underdrive-
schakelkabel (1) ter hoogte van de
achteras totdat deze niet verder
gaat. Controleer of de NuVinci-
schakelindicator (2) volledig vlak
staat.
Schuif de underdrive-schakel-
kabel (3) door de UD-kabelstop
(4) en zet de UD-kabelstop vast op
de in de guur getoonde afstand
terwijl u de kabel strak trekt.
fLet erop dat de buitenkabel
goed in de draaischakelaar zit.
fGebruik een 2 mm inbus, zet
de kabel vast met een aanhaal-
moment van 1,5 – 2 Nm
(13 – 18 in-lbs).
fSnijd het kabeloverschot af op
maximaal 2,0 mm van einde
van de UD-kabelstop (5).
Trek de overdrive-schakelkabel
(6) stevig naar de naaf-interface
totdat deze niet verder gaat.
Controleer of de NuVinci-schakel-
indicator (7) een heuvel vertoont.
fLet erop dat de underdrive
schakelkabel en de
UD-kabelstop vrij lopen en
niet gehinderd worden.
Schuif de overdrive-schakel-
kabel (8) door de OD-haak (9) en
zet de OD-haak vast op de in de
guur getoonde afstand terwijl u
de kabel strak trekt.
fLet erop dat de buitenkabel
goed in de draaischakelaar zit.
fGebruik een 2 mm inbus,
zet de kabel vast met een
aanhaalmoment van
1,5 – 2 Nm (13 – 18 in-lbs).
fSnijd het kabeloverschot af op
de OD-haak markering (10)
en stop de restant kabel in de
OD-haak zoals afgebeeld (11).
De kabelbevestiging moet er
nu uitzien zoals getoond in de
guur. Monteer de CVP zoals
getoond in stap 3.2 en pas de ka-
belspeling aan met de kabelspan-
ners (zie stap 4.2).
