10. Garanzia
Oltre alla garanzia di legge fornita dal
rivenditore, derivanti dal contratto
d’acquisto, maneggiando l’apparecchio
con cautela e attenendosi alle istruzioni per
l’uso, noi garantiamo 24 mesi di garanzia
dalla data di acquisto del prodotto. La
ricevuta di acquisto fa fede per la data di
acquisto e il tipo di apparecchio.
La garanzia del produttore non pregiudica i
diritti di legge dell'acquirente.
Per la durata della garanzia ci impegniamo a
risolvere eventuali difetti del materiale o di
fabbricazione. Le parti soggette ad usura,
batterie e accumulatori sono escluse dalla
garanzia.
Piccoli scostamenti qualitativi che non
incidono sul valore o l’idoneità all’uso
dell’apparecchio non sono coperti da
garanzia. Non potrà altresì essere fornita
alcuna garanzia per difetti dell'apparecchio
riconducibili a danni di trasporto che non
dipendono da noi, a un utilizzo errato o a
una cura insufficiente o in caso di interventi
sull'apparecchio eseguiti da persone non
autorizzate dal produttore.
Ci riserviamo di scegliere se riparare o
sostituire l'apparecchio in tutto o in parte.
L'effettuazione di una riparazione in
garanzia non comporta il prolungamento,
né l'inizio di una nuova garanzia. La
garanzia dei pezzi di ricambio montati
cessa con la garanzia dell'apparecchio nel
suo insieme.
Si escludono ulteriori diritti di garanzia, in
particolare per danni che non riguardano
l'apparecchio, fatte salve le garanzie
previste dalla legge.
Non ci assumiamo i costi e i rischi di
trasporto.
L'invio dell'apparecchio senza la
dimostrazione della data d'acquisto
comporta l'addebito dei costi di riparazione.
