Wenn sie unter dem Gitter eingeschoben wird, fängt sie die Grillsäfte und Fett auf.
Sie kann auch zur Hälfte mit Wasser gefüllt werden und für Kochvorgänge im
Wasserbad dienen.
Braten oder andere Fleischstücke sollten nicht direkt in die Fettpfanne gegeben werden,
denn dies würde automatisch zu starken Spritzern an den Ofenwänden führen.
Gitter mit Kippschutz
Das Gitter kann alle Kochgeschirre und
Kuchenformen tragen, die Gerichte zum Kochen
oder Überbacken enthalten. Er wird für Grillgerichte
benutzt (sie werden direkt daraufgelegt).

Mehrzweckpfanne
(Kuchenblech oder Fettpfanne)
Es dient als Kuchenblech und hat eine geneig-
te Kante. Es wird für das Backen von
Backwaren wie Windbeutel, Baisers,
Madeleines, Blätterteig... benutzt.
Mehrzweckpfanne (Fettpfanne)
Sie dient zum Auffangen von Bratsaft und Fett bei
starkem Grillen oder pulsierendem Grill.
Sie kann als Kochgeschirr benutzt werden wenn die
Größe des zu bratenden Fleisches darauf abgestimmt
ist (Z.B.: ein Geflügel mit darum herum angeordnetem
Gemüse, bei mittlerer Temperatur). Wenn sie unter
dem Gitter eingeschoben wird, fängt sie die Grillsäfte
und Fett auf.
Sie kann auch zur Hälfte mit Wasser gefüllt werden
und für Kochvorgänge im Wasserbad dienen.
Träger für aus dem Ofen kommende
Kochgeschirre
Durch dieses System kann die emaillierte
Pfanne für den leichten Zugriff auf die Gerichte
während des Garens ganz aus dem Backofen
herausgezogen werden.

herausnehmen.
