Riso con piselli: 400 g di riso, 7 dl dasjii-komboe, 2 cucchiai di saké, 50 g di piselli.
Salsa gomazo: 3 cucchiai di semi di sesamo bianchi o neri, 6 cucchiai di salsa di soia, 2 cucchiai di
dasij, succo di 1 limone.
Preparazione della carne e delle verdure: Tagliate il filetto di manzo a dadini di 2 centimetri e disponetelo
su un bel vassoio. Tagliate il filetto di vitello a fettine sottili e disponetelo sul medesimo vassoio. Pulite il
melone, tagliatelo a fette e cospargete le fette con lo sciroppo di zenzero. Tagliate la cipolla ed il peperone
ad anelli (togliete i semi dal peperone), togliete i gambi dagli shiitake e tagliate a fettine il cavolo.
Disponete le verdure su un vassoio.
Preparazione del riso: Mischiate il riso con il saké ed il dasjii-komboe e lasciatelo insaporire per un'ora.
Quindi cuocete il riso secondo le indicazioni riportate sulla confezione. Al termine della cottura unite i
piselli.
Fate riscaldare le piastre alla massima temperatura. Fate cuocere rapidamente la carne. Quindi cuocete
le verdure sulla piastra, fino a renderle croccanti (girandole di tanto in tanto con una spatola di legno).
Infine cuocete il melone sulla piastra, girandolo più volte.
