In geval van een storing
Bij de fabricage van uw apparaat is het grondig
gecontroleerd. Indien u echter een storing cons-
tateert, raadpleeg dan eerst de onderstaande
paragrafen voordat u de klantenservice belt.
Probleem Oorzaken
De wasmachine start niet of wordt
niet met water gevuld :
•het apparaat is niet goed aangesloten, de elektrische aansluiting
werkt niet,
•het deksel van uw wasmachine en de kleppen van de trommel zijn
niet goed gesloten,
•de start van het programma is niet goed aangegeven,
•er is een stroomonderbreking,
•er is een onderbreking in de watertoevoer,
•de kraan is dicht,
•de watertoevoerfilters zijn vervuild,
•er verschijnt een rode stip op de watertoevoerleiding.
De wasmachine wordt wel gevuld
met water, maar loopt meteen leeg :
•het gebogen uiteinde van de afvoerslang is te laag aangesloten (zie
paragraaf “Installatie”).
De wasmachine centrifugeert niet of
het water loopt niet weg :
•de afvoerslang is verstopt of geknikt,
•het afvoerfilter is verstopt,
•de waterstopvoorziening is in werking getreden: het wasgoed is niet
goed in de trommel verdeeld,
•het programma «Water afvoeren» of de optie «Nacht Extra Stil» of
«Spoelstop» is geselecteerd,
•het gebogen uiteinde van de afvoerslang hangt niet op de goede
hoogte.
Er ligt water op de grond rond de
wasmachine :
•een teveel aan wasmiddel heeft schuim doen overlopen,
•het wasmiddel is niet geschikt voor gebruik in een wasmachine,
•het gebogen uiteinde van de waterafvoerslang is niet correct opge-
hangen,
•het filter van de waterafvoer is niet op zijn plaats teruggezet,
•de watertoevoerleiding is niet waterdicht.
De wasresultaten zijn niet bevredi-
gend :
•het wasmiddel is niet geschikt voor gebruik in een wasmachine,
•er zit te veel wasgoed in de trommel,
•het gekozen wasprogramma is niet geschikt,
•er is te weinig wasmiddel gebruikt.
