7. Agenda

In de toepassing Agenda kunt u geplande gebeurtenissen, afspraken, speciale

datums en verjaardagen noteren en bijhouden. U kunt ook een lijst maken van

zaken die u moet doen en een alarm instellen voor alle agenda-items.

Als u verbinding maakt met een compatibele pc, kunt u uw agenda en takenlijst

synchroniseren met Microsoft- en Lotus-programma’s. Zie ‘Gegevensoverdracht

tussen de communicator en andere apparaten’ op pagina 41 en de

Gebruikershandleiding voor PC Suite op de cd-rom voor meer informatie over het

synchroniseren.

Agenda-items

Er zijn vier typen items die u kunt opslaan in de toepassing Agenda:

vergaderingen en

zakenlunches.

• Dagitems zijn de basisitems van de agenda.

• Gebeurtenisitems hebben betrekking op de gehele dag, niet op een bepaald

tijdstip tijdens een dag. Gebeurtenisitems worden niet in de Weekplanner

weergegeven.

• Items voor speciale datums worden gebruikt voor gebeurtenissen die jaarlijks

op dezelfde datum terugkeren. Gebruik items voor speciale datums om u

jaarlijks te laten herinneren aan belangrijke datums, zoals verjaardagen of

feesten.
