E-mailberichten
Met de e-mailtoepassing kunt u vanaf de telefoon toegang verkrijgen tot uw
e-mailaccount wanneer u onderweg bent. Het compatibele e-mailsysteem dat
u op kantoor of thuis gebruikt, wordt mogelijk ondersteund door de e-mailfunctie
van de telefoon. U kunt met de telefoon e-mailberichten opstellen, verzenden
en lezen. U kunt ook e-mails op een compatibele pc opslaan en verwijderen.
De telefoon ondersteunt POP3- en IMAP4-e-mailservers.
De functie voor e-mailberichten maakt gebruik van het gedeelde geheugen
(zie Gedeeld geheugen op pagina 20).
Voordat u e-mailberichten kunt verzenden en ontvangen:
• Een nieuwe e-mailaccount openen of uw huidige account gebruiken. Neem
contact op met uw e-mailprovider voor informatie over de beschikbaarheid
van uw e-mailaccount.
• Neem contact op met uw netwerkoperator of e-mailprovider voor informatie
over de benodigde instellingen voor e-mail. Zie Dienst voor OTA-instellingen
op pagina 40 voor meer informatie over het ontvangen van e-mailinstellingen
als OTA-bericht.
• Druk op Menu en selecteer achtereenvolgens Berichtinstellingen en
E-mailberichten om de e-mailinstellingen te configureren. Zie Instellingen
voor e-mail op pagina 93.
