CHEMICAL MIXING SYSTEM REINIGEN
(Voor machines met Chemical Mixing System)
Reinig het systeem als volgt:
1. Breng de machine naar de aangewezen ‘verzamelzone’.
2. Open de afdekking (22) en controleer of de vuilwatertank (21) leeg is. Leeg deze anders met de aftapslang (16).
3. Sluit de afdekking (22).
4. Breng de tank voorzichtig (40) omhoog.
5. Draai de dop (46) los en ontkoppel de slang (50) uit het tankje (45).
6. Verwijder de tank.
7. Spoel en reinig de tank in het aangewezen gebied.
8. Monteer het tankje (45) en sluit de slang (50) aan.
9. Activeer het Chemical Mixing System door het systeem alleen met schoon water te laten werken.
OPMERKING
Het is handig om het Chemical Mixing System te reinigen als het systeem erg vuil/aangekoekt is, na een lange periode
van stilstand of als de machine lange tijd niet is gereinigd.
CONTROLE/VERVANGING VAN DE ZEKERINGEN
1. Ontkoppel de stekker van de accu’s (12).
2. Verplaats de aftapslang van het vuile water (16).
3. Verwijder, waar van toepassing, de kabel van de acculader (I, Afb. 8) uit de steun (J).
4. Verwijder de schroeven (A) en verplaats voorzichtig de rijbediening (B) waarbij het rubberen dopje (K) uit de houder op de
rijbediening (B) wordt gehaald.
5. Controleer / vervang de volgende zekeringen:
a) Zekering F1, schrobdek borstelhouder: (40 A)
b) Zekering F2, aanzuigsysteem: (30 A)
c) Zekering F3, aandrijfsysteem: (30 A) (*)
d) Zekering F4, signaleringscircuits: (3 A)
e) Zekering F5, aankoppeling borstel (20 A)
f) Zekering F6, pompen: (3 A)
(*) Alleen voor SCRUBTEC 545BL, 553BL en BOOST 5
6. Voer de punten 1 tot en met 4 in de omgekeerde volgorde uit.
