Errori nel trascinamento fi lm (SA-21)
Se la pellicola si inceppa nell’SA-21, il LED di stato dello scanner lam peg gia rapidamente (circa
cinque volte al se con do). Di solito il fi lm viene espul so automaticamente. Se però lo scanner
non riesce ad espellere la stri scia di fi lm, seguite la procedura qui sotto.

Liberate il meccanismo di blocco dell’adattatore
Se il computer visualizza un messaggio di errore, cliccate OK per liberare il meccanismo
di blocco dell’adattatore.

Rimuovete l’SA-21
Fate attenzione a non danneggiare il fi lm
che eventualmente fuoriesce dal la parte
posteriore dell’adattatore.

Sistemate l’SA-21 su una superfi cie piana e stabile
Per impedire che l’adattatore possa danneggiarsi, lavorate con l’SA-21 su un tavolo o
un’altra superfi cie piana e stabile.

Aprite il pannello frontale
Premete il pulsante di sblocco e aprite il
pannello anteriore.
Il meccanismo di blocco dell’SA-21
Eventuali tentativi di rimuovere l’SA-21 senza prima aver liberato il mec ca ni smo di blocco possono inter-
ferire con la connessione tra adattatore e scanner. Se si fosse verifi cata questa eventualità, risistemate
l’adattatore nel suo alloggiamento per ripristinare il collegamento. L’estrazione forzata dell’adattatore
può danneggiare sia quest’ultimo sia lo scanner.
Rimozione della polvere dal fi lm
La presenza di polvere è la causa più comune dei problemi di trascinamento. Per prevenire il rischio di
inceppamenti, prima della scansione rimuovete la polvere dal fi lm con una pompetta.
Se il messaggio di errore permane
Se il messaggio di errore compare anche dopo l’espulsione del fi lm, può es se re necessario procedere alla
pulizia dell’SA-21 come descritto nella sezione “Cure da dedicare all’Adattatore SA-21” (
54).
