Inserting the LR6 type Lithium
Batteries
1 Press down on and slide the Lid in the
direction of the arrow.
2 Insert the batteries and close the cover.
Make sure that the 7 and 8 polarities of the
batteries are aligned correctly.
¡Due to the special characteristics of batteries, they tend
to rundown in a short time when used in places where
the temperature is 50°F (10°C) or below.

1 Auf den Deckel drücken und diesen in
Pfeilrichtung schieben.
2 Die Trockenzellen einsetzen und den
Batteriefachdeckel wieder schließen.
Darauf achten, daß die Polaritätsmarkierungen 7
und 8 der Trockenzellen korrekt ausgerichtet sind.
¡Aufgrund der besonderen Eigenschaften von Lithium-
Batterien entladen sie sich bei niedriger Temperatur
(unter 10°C) sehr schnell.

VORSICHT–Auswechseln der Lithium
Trockenzellen
Nur durch Lithium-Batterien vom Typ Energizer
LR6 ersetzen. Die Verwendung anderer Batterien
kann Feuer oder Explosionsgefahr verursachen.
Vorsicht–Unsachgemäße Behandlung der
Batterien kann zu Explosion führen.
Gefahr von Feuer und Brandwunden. Nicht
aufladen, auseinandernehmen, mit gebrauchten
Batterien oder zusammen mit anderen
Batterietypen verwenden oder in ein Feuer werfen.
Bei falsch eingesetzten Batterien besteht
Explosionsgefahr. Verbrauchte Batterien
unverzüglich entsorgen.
Beim Entsorgen verbrauchter Lithium-Batterien die
Polaritäten d und e durch Abdecken mit
Klebeband isolieren.
Caution–Lithium Battery Replacement
Replace with Energizer LR6 Lithium Battery only.
Use of another battery may present a risk of fire
explosion. Caution–battery may explode if
mistreated.
Fire and burn hazard. Do not recharge,
disassemble, mix with used or other battery type,
or dispose in fire. Danger of explosion if battery is
incorrectly inserted. Dispose of used battery
promptly.
When disposing of the used Lithium Battery be
sure to insulate the battery polarities d and e by
covering with cellophane tape.
