De Auto planner functie van PATManager v4 is toegankelijk vanuit het functies menu en bied de mogelijkheid
om middels een lijst en melding de herkeuring van objecten weer te geven. De Auto planner bied de
volgende mogelijkheden:
·Auto planner instellen
oStart lokaal
oStart met Email
·Planning schema bekijken
·Planning uploaden
·Taken checklijst afdrukken
Functies menu - Auto planner
Indien er een database met een Auto planner configuratie word afgesloten of het programma word afgesloten
word er middels de PATManager beheer module (de PATManager beheer module draait in de taakbalk van
Windows) een scan uitgevoerd. Indien er volgens de ingestelde planning actie nodig is word de ingestelde
taak uitgevoerd. Dit kan een lokale melding zijn of een email welke verzonden word met aanvullende
informatie over de uit te voeren herkeuring. Het is ook mogelijk om een planner overzicht te bekijken door
rechts onder in de taakbalk een dubbelklik te geven op de PATManager beheer module.

Om de auto planner in te stellen, klik op de PAT keuringen functie en selecteer een opdrachtgever, locatie of
afdeling in de boom structuur in het navigatie scherm. Selecteer de Auto planner vanuit het functie menu
om het Auto planner scherm te openen.

Het Auto planner scherm bied de mogelijk om gericht een planning in te stellen per Opdrachtgever, Locatie
of Afdeling. Selecteer de betreffende Opdrachtgever, Locatie en/of Afdeling.
