6. Security settings
SIM1 and SIM2 security settings:
SIM lock: you can set up the SIM card lock on your phone, so that it can't be used without a Personal
Identification Number (PIN). When the lock is enabled, you must enter the PIN each time you turn the phone
on.
Fixed dial: when enabled, this option allows you to restrict outgoing calls to a pre-approved list of phone
numbers. This option requires support from your network operator.
Change password: you have the option to change the PIN code and the PIN2 code of each SIM.
Phone lock
You can set up the phone lock after digiting the requested password (the default password is “1122”). When the
lock is enabled, the phone will prompt you for your password before you can make or receive calls. Insert the
default password (or a personal one; see below how to change the password) to unlock, and confirm.
Auto keypad lock
You can activate here the Automatic keypad lock. The phone will automatically lock the keypad after a certain time
(5, 30, 60 seconds or 5 minutes). Press "Unlock" (back key) and then "*" to unlock.
Change Password
You can change here the password for the phone lock (the default password is “1122”) with another one easier to
remember and more secure. The new password has to be between 4-8 digits long.
Privacy firewall
After digiting the phone password (the default password is “1122”), you can enable/disable from here the
locking on Phonebook, Messages, Call History and File manager.
7. Restore factory settings
Reset your device to the original settings. The password required to perform this operation is "1122".
