Gewährleistung / Garanzia limitata
Garantie und Haftung: Garantie für Turmix Nespresso Maschinen in
Österreich, in der Schweiz und in Liechtenstein beträgt zwei Jahre (Ersatzteile
und Arbeitsaufwand). Bei Inanspruchnahme der Garantie muss der
Kassenbeleg des Geschäfts mit dem Kaufdatum vorgelegt werden. Es werden
keine Garantieansprüche akzeptiert, wenn die Maschine nicht oder nicht
ordnungsgemäss entkalkt wurde (zu selten, Verwendung nicht geeigneter
Produkte). Diese Garantie ist nur in dem Land gültig, in dem die Maschine
gekauft wurde oder in denjenigen Ländern, in denen Turmix das gleiche Modell
mit identischen technischen Eigenschaften verkauft und gleiche Services
anbietet. Die Gewährleistung umfasst ebenfalls den Gebrauch von Kapseln
anderer Marken als Nespresso, es sei denn der festgestellte Schaden oder die
Funktionsstörung wurde durch die Benutzung von solchen Kapseln anderer
Marken als Nespresso verursacht. Im Fall einer Streitigkeit, obliegt es Turmix zu
beweisen, dass der Schaden oder die Funktionsstörung durch die Benutzung
von solchen Kapseln anderer Marken verursacht wurde.

in Austria, in Svizzera e in Lichtenstein per due anni (parti di ricambio e
manodopera). Per usufruire della presente garanzia, occorre conservare la
ricevuta che riporta la data di acquisto. Non saranno accettate richieste di
garanzia, se la macchina non è stata sottoposta al processo di decalcificazione,
o se è stata decalcificata in modo errato (raramente, impiego di prodotti non
appropriati). La presente garanzia è valida solo nel Paese di acquisto o in
altri Paesi in cui Turmix vende lo stesso modello, con identiche specifiche
tecniche, o ne fornisce assistenza. La presente garanzia copre anche l’utilizzo
di capsule diverse da quelle di Nespresso, fatta eccezione per il caso in cui il
difetto o malfunzionamento siano causati dall’utilizzo di tali capsule. Qualora
dovesse sorgere una controversia, spetterà a Turmix dimostrare che il difetto o il
malfunzionamento siano stati causati dall’utilizzo di tali capsule.
