Bei Missachtung dieser Anleitung/der
Sicherheitshinweise können Gefähr-
dungen durch das Gerät entstehen.

precautions are ignored.
Notfall: Sofort Netzstecker aus
der Steckdose entfernen.
Gerät nur im privaten Haushalt (nicht im
Geschäftsbereich) und in geschlossenen
Räumen benutzen. Bei längerer Abwesen-
heit, Ferien usw. Netzstecker ziehen.
Netzspannung muss mit den Angaben
auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmen.
Gerät nur an geerdete, 3-polige Steckdosen
anschließen.
Bei falschem Anschluss erlischt die Garantie.
Gerät nicht auf heiße Flächen stellen
und nicht in der Nähe von
Hitzequellen/Feuer benutzen.
Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn es nicht
einwandfrei arbeitet oder Schäden aufweist.
Wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall an den
Nespresso Club.
Gerät nie önen und keine Gegenstände in
die Geräteönungen bringen. Für alle nicht
in dieser Anleitung beschriebenen Eingrie
ist der Nespresso Club zuständig.
Gri immer schließen und nie während
der Zubereitung önen. Nicht in den
Kapselschacht hineinfassen. Verletzungs-
gefahr. Gerät nie ohne Auangschale und
Abtropfgitter benutzen. Gerät und Kabel
außer Reichweite von Kindern halten.
Netzkabel nicht in der Nähe von heißen
oder scharfkantigen Teile verlegen. Kabel
nie mit nassen Händen berühren. Stecker
nicht am Kabel aus der Steckdose ziehen.
Bei Beschädigung Gerät nicht benutzen.
Reparaturen und Ersatz des Netzkabels nur
durch einen autorisierten Kundendienst, um
Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht zur Verwendung durch
Personen (Kinder mit eingeschlossen) be-
stimmt, welche eingeschränkte körperliche,
sensorische oder geistige Fähigkeiten
aufweisen bzw. fehlende Erfahrung und
Kenntnis im Umgang mit diesem Gerät
haben. Solche Personen müssen von einer,
für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen Auf-
sichtsperson zuerst instruiert oder während
der Gerätebedienung beaufsichtigt werden.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um
sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät
spielen.
Vor Reinigung Netzstecker ziehen
und Gerät abkühlen lassen.
Gerät oder Kabel nicht nass reinigen
oder in Flüssigkeiten tauchen.
Entkalkung: Während der Entkalkung den
Hebel nicht önen. Wassertank spülen und
Entkalker-Rückstände vom Gerät abwischen.
Die Verpackung ist recyclebar.

wiederverwertet werden können. Geben Sie
das Gerät daher bitte bei einer Sammelstelle
in Ihrer Stadt oder Gemeinde ab. Dieses Gerät
ist entsprechend der europäischen Richtlinie
2002/96/EG über Elektro- und Elektronik-
Altgeräte (waste electrical and electronic
equipment – WEEE) gekennzeichnet. Die
Richtlinie gibt den Rahmen für eine EU-weit
gültige Rücknahme und Verwertung der
Altgeräte vor.

power socket immediately.
This product has been designed for domestic
use only. In cases of commercial use,
inappropriate use or failure to comply with
the instructions, the manufacturer accepts
no responsibility and the guarantee will not
apply. Remove plug from socket if not in use
for long periods (holidays, etc).
Do not place power cord close to heat, sharp
edges, etc. Never touch cord with wet hands.
Do not unplug by pulling the cord. In case of
damage, do not use the appliance. In order
to avoid danger, arrange repairs and/or
replacement of power cord by Nespresso
Club only.
Check that the voltage quoted on the rating
plate is the same as your voltage. Connect
the appliance to power sockets with an
earthing contact only. The use of incorrect
connection voids guarantee.
Do not place the appliance on a hot
surface (e.g. heating plate) and
never use it close to an open ame.
Do not use the machine if it is not operating
perfectly or if there is evidence of damage. In
such cases inform the Nespresso Club.
Always close lever, never lift it during use. Do
not put ngers into capsule compartment
and capsule shaft, danger of injury. Do not
use appliance without drip tray and drip grid.
Keep appliance/cord out of reach of children.
Do not dismantle appliance and do not put
anything into openings. All operations other
than normal use, cleaning and care must be
performed by the Nespresso Club.
This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge unless
they have been given initial supervision or in-
struction concerning the use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
Before cleaning/care unplug the appliance
and let it cool down. Never clean wet or
immerse plug, cord or applliance in any uid.
Descaling: 7c) Do not lift lever during
descaling process. 7d) Rinse the water tank
and clean the machine to avoid any residual
descaling agent.
Packaging is made of recyclable materials.
Contact your local council/authority for
further information on recycling.
Your appliance contains valuable materials
which can be recovered or recycled. Unplug
the machine. Cut o power cord near the
housing. Dispose of machine and cord at your
public waste disposal centre. This appliance
is labelled in accordance with European
Directive 2002/96/EG concerning used elec-
trical and electronic appliances equipment
- WEEE). The guideline determines the
framework for the return and recycling of
used appliances as applicable throughout
the EU.
