Please note the following tips when using the AG Neovo V-10 and make sure
that you follow all the operating instructions in this manual.
• The memory cards and built-in memory use the same data bus when
the V-10 is connected to the computer. To prevent risk of damage to
the V-10, or memory cards, do not remove or insert any card, or
disconnect the V-10 from the computer when the memory cards
are being accessed for read / write operations.
• If you connect the V-10 to a computer and transfer files directly
between the built-in memory and memory cards, the write speed will be
slow. This is normal and does not mean that the V-10 has locked up.
• If the V-10 is not reading the built-in memory or memory cards, please
check the following:
The memory cards are inserted correctly.
The correct memory source is selected.
Edit or deformed photos may not display properly on the V-10.

AG Neovo guarantees V-10 a warranty period 12 months calculated from the
invoice date.
AG Neovo guarantees every V-10 is precisely tested before leaving the factory
and functions normally under general conditions. In case of any malfunction
under normal usage during the warranty period, AG Neovo representatives will
be responsible for repairs without charging.
AG Neovo is not responsible for any damage or loss of data, deemed to be
caused by its products. It is highly recommended that users conduct the
necessary backup practices.
