3 Montage
3.1 Demonteren mantel
▶ Draai de beide schroeven los [1].
▶ Trek de onderkant van de mantel naar voren [2].
▶ Til de mantel op [3].
3.2 Vervangen KIM
In de leveringsomvang zit een KIM-CW4 en een KIM-CW5. Beide versies
zijn niet onderling uitwisselbaar.
▶ Vervang bij een TrendLine HRC25/CW4 de bestaande KIM door de
KIM-CW4 met KIM-nummer BCM 1374.

▶ Vervang bij een TrendLine HRC30/CW5 de bestaande KIM door de
KIM-CW5 met KIM-nummer BCM 1376.

▶ Maak de bevestigingskabel vast aan de KIM.
3.3 Aanpassen retouraansluitblok
3.3.1 Voorbereiding
▶ Klap het bedieningspaneel naar voren.
▶ Verwijder de condensafvoerslang.
▶ Verwijder de toestelsifon.
– Draai de toestelsifon linksom tot aan de aanslag.
– Trek de toestelsifon rechtstandig naar beneden.

▶ Verwijder de isolatie van de platenwisselaar.
▶ Verwijder de platenwisselaar:
– Draai de schroef aan de linkerkant van de platenwisselaar los [1].
– Kantel de platenwisselaar uit de klemmen aan de rechterkant [2].

3.3.2 Monteren flowsensorverlengkabel
De flowsensor van het cv-toestel zit aan de rechterkant van het retou-
raansluitblok.
▶ Trek de connector van de flowsensor [1].
▶ Steek deze connector in de flowsensorverlengkabel uit de leve-
ringsomvang [2].
▶ Haal de flowsensorverlengkabel door de serviceopening [3].
▶ Wikkel de flowsensorverlengkabel om de kabelbinder om voor een
trekontlasting te zorgen [4].
