Inspectie en onderhoud11
▶ Stel, indien nodig, de gas-luchtverhouding opnieuw af met de stel-
schroef [3]. De stelschroef bevindt zich achter de afdekdop.

▶ Noteer de meetwaarde in het onderhoudsprotocol (§ 11.15,
pag. 35).
▶ Stop het schoorsteenvegerbedrijf.
▶ Neem de netstekker uit de contactdoos.
▶ Sluit de gaskraan.
▶ Verwijder de manometer.
▶ Sluit de meetnippel.
▶ Monteer de afdekdop van de stelschroef.
▶ Open de gaskraan.
▶ Steek de netstekker in de contactdoos.
▶ Controleer het cv-toestel op gasdichtheid.
11.11 Meten CO-gehalte
▶ Neem de netstekker uit de contactdoos.
▶ Verwijder het afdekkapje van het meetpunt voor rookgasanalyse [1].
▶ Sluit het rookgasanalyseapparaat aan op het meetpunt.

▶ Steek de netstekker in de contactdoos.
▶ Zorg dat de cv-installatie zijn warmte kwijt kan.
▶ Start het schoorsteenvegerbedrijf (§ 7.5, pag. 25).
▶ Stel het cv-vermogen in op de minimale waarde (laaglast).
▶ Meet het CO-gehalte.
Het CO-gehalte van de rookgassen, uitgaande van een verbranding zon-
der luchtovermaat, moet onder de 400 ppm of 0,04 Vol.-% liggen. In-
dien het CO-gehalte rond of boven de 400 ppm ligt, dan moet de oorzaak
gezocht worden in vervuiling van de brander, een defect van de brander
of recirculatie van de rookgassen of een onjuiste afstelling van de gas-
luchtverhouding (§ 11.10, pag. 33).
▶ Stel het cv-vermogen in op 100%.
▶ Herhaal de meting.
▶ Stel vast wat de oorzaak van een eventueel hoge CO-gehalte is en
neem deze weg.
▶ Noteer het CO-gehalte in het onderhoudsprotocol (§ 11.15,
pag. 35).
▶ Stop het schoorsteenvegerbedrijf.
▶ Neem de netstekker uit de contactdoos.
▶ Sluit de gaskraan.
▶ Verwijder het rookgasanalyseapparaat.
▶ Monteer het afdekkapje van het meetpunt.
▶ Open de gaskraan.
▶ Steek de netstekker in de contactdoos.
11.12 Aflezen ionisatiestroom
▶ Start het schoorsteenvegerbedrijf (§ 7.5, pag. 25).
▶ Stel het cv-vermogen in op de minimale waarde (laaglast).
▶ Open het infomenu ( § 7.3, pag. 24) en ga met de pijltoets omlaag
N naar “Gemeten ionisatiestroom”.
▶ Lees de ionisatiestroom af op de display.
De ionisatiestroom dient bij laaglast minimaal 2 μA te bedragen.
Indien de ionisatiestroom lager is dan 2 μA:
▶ Controleer de gas-luchtverhouding (§ 11.10, pag. 33) of de ioni-
satie-elektrode (§ 11.6, pag. 31).
▶ Noteer de meetwaarde in het inspectie- en onderhoudsprotocol
(§ 11.15).
▶ Stop het schoorsteenvegerbedrijf.
