Inspectie en onderhoud 11
▶ Vervang de rookgaskeerklep [1] preventief iedere 6 jaar.

▶ Verwijder de gas-luchtverdeelplaat.
▶ Demonteer de brander.
11.4 Reinigen brander
▶ Controleer de gas-luchtverdeelplaat met dichting [1] en vervang
deze indien nodig (bijv. scheuren, verkleuring of vervorming).
▶ Vervang de gas-luchtverdeelplaat met dichting iedere 4 jaar.
▶ Reinig, indien nodig, de gas-luchtverdeelplaat [1].
▶ Verwijder de branderplaat [2].
▶ Reinig de branderplaat aan alle kanten met perslucht of stofzuiger.
▶ Controleer de branderplaat op vervuiling en scheuren.
▶ Neem de gas-luchtverdeelplaat [1] en branderplaat [2] als 1 pakket
[A] er uit.

11.5 Reinigen warmtewisselaar
▶ Dek de ontstekingsunit af.
▶ Reinig de warmtewisselaar.
▶ Spoel indien nodig de warmtewisselaar uit met water.
▶ Gebruik bij extreme vervuiling van de warmtewisselaar Nefit protec-
tor (TAB2).
▶ Gebruik voor het inspecteren van de warmtewisselaar een lamp en
spiegel.

11.6 Controleren ontstekingsunit
▶ Controleer de ontstekingsunit op slijtage, beschadiging en vervui-
ling.

GEVAAR: Brandgevaar door verkeerde montage.
Een lekkende dichting kan leiden tot brand in het cv-toe-
stel.
▶ Controleer het cv-toestel op gasdichtheid.

OPMERKING: Beschadiging van de gloeiplug!
De gloeiplug is gemaakt van breekbaar materiaal.
▶ Voorzichtig behandelen!
OPMERKING: toestelschade.
Door een verminderde werking van de pakkingen in de
ontstekingunit kan er mogelijk schade aan het cv-toestel
ontstaan.
▶ Vervang daarom elke 4 jaar de pakking (afb. 61,
[3]) en de afdekplaat met pakking (afb. 61, [4]).
