thanks everyone for this thread. I have a similar situation. just moved into a new house and tried resetting as noted above. but it only gives me two green ticks (connected to boiler, connected to wifi but not connected to internet/globe). any tips? will truly appreciate. house is freezing and there is no hot water either to shower with!
