Functie van de EED
De EED-module kan worden aangesloten op een
cv-ketel met een UBA.
De EED-module geeft een optisch storingssignaal
wanneer het toestel een storing heeft.
De EED-module heeft tevens een mogelijkheid om een
externe melding door middel een potentiaalvrije uitgang
(wisselcontact) te verzenden wanneer het toestel een
storing heeft en/of de netspanning bij het toestel uitvalt.
De EED-module reageert niet op storingen van externe
regelingen welke aangesloten zijn op de cv-ketel.
De EED-module kan op één toestel worden aangesloten.
Schakelaar SI "Lock" en "No Lock" (zie figuur 1)
In de positie "No Lock" wordt alleen bij een vergrendelende
storing een storingsmelding gegeven. Op de cv-ketel knip-
pert het display. Deze kan gereset worden met de UBA
reset knop.
In de positie "Lock" zal de EED-module een storing
aangeven wanneer:
– er een vergrendelende storing optreedt. Deze kan gere-
set worden met de UBA reset knop.
– bij warmtevraag de cv-ketel niet binnen twee uur in
bedrijf komt. Deze storing dient door middel van de EED
resetknop gereset worden. Hier heeft de UBA reset geen
invloed op.
– indien de cv-ketel binnen deze twee uur 5 maal een blok-
kerende storingen geeft. Ook deze storing dient door
middel van de EED resetknop gereset te worden.

Montage
De EED-module wordt door middel van twee schroeven aan
de wand bevestigd. Gebruik de achterplaat voor het afte-
kenen van de boorgaten. Hiervoor dient u de doorzichtige
kap te verwijderen (zie figuur 2).
Aansluiten
Door middel van een vieraderige kabel kan de schakeleen-
heid op de klemmenstrook van de cv-ketel aangesloten
worden (zie figuur 3).

LET OP!
Controleer de aansluiting 3 en 4 op de kroon-
steen van de UBA, deze dient doorverbonden
te zijn.

Als de EED-module verkeerd wordt
aangesloten bestaat de mogelijkheid dat de
EED-module of de cv-ketel defect raakt!

Er is een potentiaalvrije uitgang (wisselcontact) CON3
aanwezig. Zie figuur 4. Deze kunt u gebruiken voor een
elektronische storingsmelding.
1 en 2 is normaal bedrijf
3 en 2 is verbreek kontakt
Storingsmelding
Wanneer het storingslampje knippert in een ritme van
1 seconde uit en 1 seconde aan, dan is er een storing opge-
treden met de cv-ketel.
Druk de resetknop op de cv-ketel 3 seconden in. Het toestel
start weer. Valt het toestel weer in storing, druk dan
nogmaals op de resetknop. Valt het toestel nu weer in
storing, of herhalen de storingen zich regelmatig, waar-
schuw dan uw installateur.
Langzaam knipperen is 1 seconde aan /1 seconde uit.
Snel knipperen is meerdere malen per seconde aan/uit.
0 - 10 V aansluiting
Het is mogelijk om m.b.v. een externe stuurspanning van
0 - 10 V (gelijkspanning) de cv-ketel aan te sturen.
Sluit hiervoor aan op de klemmen 1 en 2 van CON 2, zie
figuur 5.

LET OP!
De externe stuurspanning bepaalt de aanvoer-
temperatuur. De instelling op de UBA heeft
hier geen invloed op. Voor het begrenzen van
de aanvoertemperatuur moet de externe rege-
ling worden aangepast. Raadpleeg hiervoor
de instructie van de externe regeling.

Funktion des EED
Das EED-Modul kann an einen Heizkessel mit einem
UBA angeschlossen werden.
Das EED-Modul zeigt ein optisches Störungssignal,
wenn bei dem Gerät eine Störung auftritt.
Das EED-Modul hat zugleich die Möglichkeit, eine
externe Meldung mittels eines spannungsfreien
Ausgangs (Wechselkontakt) zu senden, wenn das Gerät
eine Störung hat oder die Netzspannung beim Gerät
ausfällt.
Das EED-Modul reagiert nicht auf Störungen externer
Regelungen, die an das Gerät angeschlossen sind.
Das EED-Modul kann an einem Gerät angeschlossen
werden.
Schalter SI "Lock" und "No Lock" (siehe Abb. 1)
In der Position "No Lock" wird nur bei einer verriegelnden
Störung eine Störungsmeldung gegeben. Das Display auf
dem Kessel blinkt. Durch Betätigen des UBA Resetknopfs
kann diese behoben werden.
In der Position "Lock" gibt das EED-Modul eine
Störung an, wenn:
– eine verriegelnde Störung auftritt. Durch Betätigen des
UBA Resetknopfs kann diese behoben werden.
– sich der Kessel bei Wärmeabnahme nicht innerhalb von
zwei Stunden in Betrieb setzt. Diese Störung ist durch
Betätigen des EED Resetknopfs zu beheben. Betätigen
des UBA Resetknopfs hat hierauf keinen Einfluß.
– wenn der Kessel innerhalb dieser zwei Stunden 5 Mal
eine blockierende Störung hat. Auch diese Störung ist
durch Betätigen des EED Resetknopfs zu beheben.

Montage
Das EED-Modul wird durch zwei Schrauben an der Wand
befestigt. Zum Aufzeichnen der Bohrlöcher Rückseite
gebrauchen. Dazu die Klarsichthaube entfernen (siehe
Abb. 2).
Anschließen
Durch ein vieradriges Kabel kann die Schaltereinheit an die
Klemmenleiste des Kessels angeschlossen werden (siehe
Abb. 3).

Überprüfen Sie, ob der Anschluss 3 und 4 an
der Klemmenleiste des UBA überbrückt ist.

Es ist ein spannungsfreier Ausgang (Wechselkontakt)
CON3 vorhanden.
Siehe Abb. 4. Diesen können Sie für eine elektronische
Störungsmeldung verwenden.
1 und 2 ist normaler Betrieb

Wenn die Störungslampe im Rhythmus einer Sekunde aus
und einer Sekunde an blinkt, ist beim Kessel eine Störung
aufgetreten.
Drücken Sie 3 Sekunden auf den Resetknopf des Kessels.
Das Gerät geht wieder an. Fällt das Gerät wieder zurück in
die Störung, drücken Sie dann den Resetknopf nochmals.
Falls das Gerät jetzt wieder in die Störung zurückfällt oder
die Störungen sich regelmäßig wiederholen, verständigen
Sie Ihren Installateur oder den zuständigen Kundendienst.
Langsames Blinken ist 1 Sekunde an/1 Sekunde aus.
Schnelles Blinken ist mehrere Male pro Sekunde an/aus.
0 - 10 V Anschluß
Es ist möglich um mit Hilfe von einer externen Steuerspan-
nung von 0 - 10 V (Gleichspannung) den Kessel an zu
steuern.
Schließe dafür Klemmen 1 und 2 an von CON 2, siehe
Abb. 5.

ACHTUNG!
Die Vorlauftemperatur wird durch die externe
Steuerspannung bestimmt. Die Einstellung am
UBA hat hierauf keinen Einfluss. Zur Begren-
zung der Vorlauftemperatur muss die externe
Regelung angepasst werden. Ziehen Sie
hierfür die Anleitung der externen Regelung
zurate.

Function of the EED
The EED module can be connected to a central heating
boiler with a UBA-control.
The EED module displays a fault message in the event
of boiler malfunction.
The EED module also provides the option of transmitting
an external signal by means of a potential-free port
(make-and-break contact) in the event of that the appli-
ance malfunctions and in case of a power failure.
The EED module does not react to malfunctions in
external controls connected to the boiler.
The EED module can be connected to one boiler.
Switch SI "Lock" and "No Lock" (see figure 1)
In the "No Lock" position, a fault message is only displayed
in the event of a malfunction in the locking mechanism.
The display on the boiler will flash. This can be reset with
the UBA reset button.
The EED module will display a fault message in the
"Lock" position in the event:
– of a malfunction in the locking mechanism. This can be
reset by means of the UBA reset button.
– that the boiler is not activated within two hours of a heat
demand. This malfunction can be reset with the EED
reset button. The UBA reset does not influence this.
– that the boiler is blocked five times during these two
hours.This malfunction can also be reset with the EED
reset button.

Fitting
The EED module is attached to the wall by two screws. Use
the back plate to mark the position of the drill holes. Remove
the transparent hood before fitting (see figure 2).
Connecting
The switching unit is connected to the terminal board of the
boiler with a four-core cable (see figure 3).

A potential-free port (make-and-break contact) CON3 is
provided (see figure 4). This can be used for an electronic
fault message.
1 and 2 are for normal operation
3 and 2 break the circuit
Fault message
When the malfunction light flashes at one second intervals,
it means that the boiler is malfunctioning.
Press the reset button on the boiler for three seconds. The
machine restarts. If it malfunctions immediately, press the
reset button again. If it malfunctions again and these
malfunctions continue, call your fitter.
Slow flashing is one second on one second off.
Rapid flashing is on and off several times a second.
0 - 10 V connection
It is possible to use a non-resident control voltage of 0 - 10V
(decent voltage) for controlling the boiler.
Connect to the clamps 1 and 2 of the CON 2, see figure 5.

The external control voltage determines the
supply water temperature. This is not affected
by the UBA setting. The external control has to
be adjusted to limit the supply water tempera-
ture. See the instructions with the external
control.

Fonctions de l'EED
L'élément EED peut être raccordé à une chaudière de
chauffage central avec une UBA.
L'élément EED génère un signal optique de panne
lorsque l'appareil tombe en panne.
L'élément EED a en outre la possibilité d'envoyer une
indication externe par le biais d'une sortie sans potentiel
(contact inverseur) lorsque l'appareil est en panne ou
que la tension de secteur est coupée au niveau de
l'appareil.
L'élément EED ne réagit pas aux pannes de régulations
externes qui sont raccordées à la chaudière.
L'élément EED peut être raccordé à une chaudière.
Commutateur SI "Lock" et "No Lock" (voir figure 1)
Sur la position "No Lock", une indication de panne ne sera
donnée qu'en cas de panne verrouillante. L’ afficheur sur la
chaudière clignote. Le bouton de réarmement (Reset) sur
l'UBA permet de remédier à la panne.
Sur la position "Lock", l'élément EED signale une
panne lorsque:
– une panne verrouillante se déclenche. Celle-ci peut être
supprimeé au moyen du bouton de réarmement de
l'UBA.
– lors d'une demande de chaleur, la chaudière ne se met
pas en service dans les deux heures. Cette panne doit
être corrigée au moyen du bouton de réarmement de
l'EED. A ce niveau, le bouton de réarmement de l'UBA
n'a aucune influence.
– la chaudière subit cinq fois une panne bloquante durant
cette période de deux heures. Cette panne doit elle aussi
être corrigeé au moyen du bouton de réarmement EED.

Montage
L'élément EED est fixé au mur par deux vis. Utiliser la
plaque arrière comme patron de position des trous à percer.
A cette fin, déposer le capot transparent (voir figure 2).
Raccordement
L'unité de connexion peut être raccordée à la série de
bornes de la chaudière au moyen d'un câble à quatre fils
conducteurs (voir figure 3).

ATTENTION!
Vérifiez si les bornes 3 et 4 sont shuntées au
bloc de jonction de l'UBA.

Si l'élément EED n'est pas raccordé correcte-
ment, il est possible que l'élément EED et la
chaudière soient endommagés !

Une sortie sans potentiel (contact inverseur) CON3 est
présente (voir figure 4). Celle-ci peut être utilisée pour une
indication de panne électronique.
1 et 2 est un fonctionnement normal
3 et 2 est un contact rompu
Indication de panne
Lorsque le voyant de panne clignote au rythme de
1 seconde allumé 1 seconde éteint, cela signifie qu'une
panne a eu lieu sur la chaudière.
Appuyer pendant 3 secondes sur le bouton de réarmement
de la chaudière. Si l'appareil tombe à nouveau en panne,
réappuyer une seconde fois sur le bouton de réarmement.
Si après cette seconde tentative, l'appareil retombe en
panne ou que les pannes se répètent régulièrement,
contactez votre installateur ou Le Services Après-Vente
compétent
Clignotement lent : 1 seconde allumé/1 seconde éteint.
Clignotement rapide : allumé/éteint plusieurs fois par
seconde.
Connexion 0 - 10 V
Il est possible d’asservir la chaudière au moyen d’une
tension de commande externe de 0 - 10 volts (courant
continu).
Connecter à cet effet les bornes 1 et 2 sur CON2, voir
figure 5

ATTENTION!
La température de départ est déterminée par
la tension de commande externe. Le réglage
sur l'UBA n'influe aucunement. Pour limiter la
température de départ, la régulation externe
doit être adaptée. Pour cela, aidez-vous de la
notice de la régulation externe.

Istruzioni d’uso per l’indicatore
dei guasti esterno (EED)
Funzionamento dell'EED
Il modulo EED può essere collegato soltanto alla caldaia
con il computer UBA.
Il modulo EED visualizza quando si verifica un guasto
all'impianto.
Il modulo EED ha anche la possibilità di inviare un
segnale elettrico esterno tramite contatti liberi in caso di
guasto e/o mancanza di corrente.
Il modulo EED non reagisce ai guasti di eventuali
pannelli di comando esterni collegati alla caldaia.
Il modulo EED può essere collegato solo ad una sola
caldaia.
Interruttore SI "Lock" e "No Lock" (vedi figura 1)
Nella posizione "NO LOCK" il modulo EED segnala l'even-
tuale blocco della caldaia. Il display sul computer
lampeggia. Riarmare la caldaia premendo il tasto "RESET".
Nella posizione "LOCK" il modulo EED segnala la
presenza di un guasto nei seguenti casi:
– blocco della caldaia. Riarmare la caldaia premendo il
tasto "RESET" dell'UBA;
– la caldaia non entra in funzione entro due ore dalla richie-
sta di calore. Riarmare premendo il tasto "RESET" dal
modulo EED. Il tasto "RESET" dell'UBA non funziona;
– la caldaia, in queste due ore, va in blocco per 5 volte.
Riarmare premendo il tasto "RESET" dal modulo EED.
Il tasto "RESET" dall'UBA non funziona.

Montaggio
Il modulo EED viene fissato ad una parete con delle viti.
Togliere il coperchio trasparente ed utilizzare la schiena
come dima per i fori da fare (vedi figura 2).
Collegamenti
Utilizzando un cavo a 4 conduttori collegare il connettore a
4 poli "CON1" del modulo EED alla morsettiera della caldaia
(vedi figura 3).

Se l'uscita a contatti liberi "CON3" è attiva.
Vedi figura 4 si può utilizzare per la segnalazione dei guasti.
1 e 2 significa funzionamento normale,
3 e 2 significa interruzione del circuito elettrico.
Segnalazione dei guasti
Quando il LED di segnalazione guasti lampeggia con inter-
mittenza regolare (1 secondo acceso / 1 secondo spento)
segnala che è presente un guasto nella caldaia. L'impianto
riparte tenendo premuto per 3 secondi il tasto "RESET"
dell'UBA.
Se il guasto si ripete ripremere il tasto "RESET". Se il
guasto continua a ripetersi contattare un centro assistenza.
Si intende lampeggio lento se il LED è 1 secondo
acceso / 1 secondo spento.
Si intende lampeggio rapido se il LED è acceso/spento
più volte al secondo.
0 - 10 V collegamenti
E' possibile utilizzare la corrente da 0 - 10 V (corrente
continua) per il controllo della caldaia.
Collegare il tester sulle uscite 1 e 2 dal connettore "CON2"
(vedi figura 5.

La temperatura di entrata viene determinata
dalla tensione di controllo esterna. L'imposta-
zione sull'UBA non ha alcun effetto.
Per limitare la temperatura di entrata occorre
adattare la regolazione esterna.
Seguire le istruzioni della regolazione esterna.

Funkce modulu EED
Modul EED lze připojit na kotel s UBA.
Modul EED zobrazí optický poruchový signál, nastane-
li u přístroje porucha.
Má-li přístroj poruchu nebo došlo-li u přístroje k výpadku
síťového napětí, umožňuje zároveň modul EED vyslání
externího hlášení prostřednictvím beznapěťového
kontaktu (přepínací kontakt).
Modul EED nereaguje na poruchy externích regulací,
které jsou k přístroji připojeny.
Modul EED lze připojit na jeden přístroj.
Spínač SI "Lock" a "No Lock" ( obr. 1)
V poloze "No Lock" dojde k vyslání poruchového hlášení
pouze v případě blokační poruchy. Displej na kotli bliká.
Stisknutím resetovacího tlačítka UBA lze tuto poruchu
odstranit.
V poloze "Lock" oznámí modul EED poruchu, pokud:
– dojde k blokační poruše. Stisknutím resetovacího
tlačítka UBA lze tuto poruchu odstranit.
–se kotel při odběru tepla neuvede do dvou hodin do
provozu. Tuto poruchu lze odstranit stiskem
resetovacího tlačítka EED. Stisk resetovacího tlačítka
UBA se zde nijak neprojeví.
–kotel měl v průběhu těchto dvou hodin 5 krát provozní
poruchu. I tuto poruchu lze odstranit stiskem
resetovacího tlačítka EED.
Montáž
Modul EED se na zeď p
řipevňuje dvěma šrouby.
K vyznačení děr použijte zadní stranu. Za tím účelem
odstraňte průhledný kryt ( obr. 2).

Připojení
Spínací jednotku lze na svorkovnici kotle připojit čtyřžilovým
kabelem ( obr. 3).
K dispozici je beznapěťový výstup (přepínací kontakt)
CON3, obr. 4. Můžete jej využít pro elektronické
poruchové hlášení.
1 a 2 je normalní provoz
3 a 2 je kontakt přerušen
Poruchové hlášení
Bliká-li poruchová kontrolka v rytmu, kdy jednu sekundu
nesvítí a jednu sekundu svítí, došlo v kotli k poruše.
Stiskněte na 3 sekundy resetovací tlačítko kotle. Přístroj se
opět uvede do provozu. Pokud se porucha přístroje obnoví,
stiskněte ještě jednou resetovací tlačítko. Pokud se nyní
porucha přístroje obnoví nebo se poruchy pravidelně
opakují, informujte Vašeho instalatéra nebo příslušný
zákaznický servis.
Pomalé blikání je, když kontrolka 1 sekundu svítí a
1 sekundu nesvítí.
Rychlé blikání je, jestliže kontrolka svítí a nesvítí
několikrát za sekundu.

Zkontrolujte, zda přípojka 3 a 4 je na
svorkovnici UBA přemostěna.

Přípojka 0 - 10 V
Existuje možnost ovládat kotel pomocí externího řídicího
napětí 0 - 10 V (stejnosměrné napětí).
Připojte za tím účelem svorky 1 a 2 od CON2, obr. 5.

UPOZORNĚNÍ:
Teplotu na výstupu určuje externí řídicí napětí.
Nastavení na UBA se zde nijak neprojeví.
Za účelem omezení teploty na výstupu je
nutné externí regulaci přizpůsobit. Řiďte se
zde návodem k externí regulaci.

Funkcia EED
Modul EED je možné pripojiť k vykurovaciemu kotlu
s UBA.
Modul EED zobrazuje optický poruchový signál
v prípade výskytu poruchy prístroja.
Modul EED zároveň disponuje možnosťou poslať
externé hlásenie pomocou beznapäťového výstupu
(prepínací kontakt) v prípade poruchy kotla alebo
výpadku sieťového napätia kotla.
Modul EED nereaguje na poruchy externých regulátorov
pripojených ku kotlu.
Modul EED je možné pripojiť k jednému kotlu.
Prepínač SI "Lock" a "No Lock" ( obr. 1)
V polohe "No Lock" sa zobrazí poruchové hlásenie iba
v prípade poruchy s poistkou. Displej na kotle bliká.
Stlačením tlačidla Reset na UBA je možné túto poruchu
zrušiť.
V polohe "Lock" modul EED zobrazí poruchu keď:
– sa vyskytne porucha s poistkou. Stlačením tlačidla Reset
na UBA je možné túto poruchu zrušiť.
– sa v priebehu dvoch hodín nespustí prevádzka kotla
v prípade odberu tepla. Túto poruchu je treba zrušiť
stlačením tlačidla Reset na module EED. Stlačenie
tlačidla Reset na UBA nemá žiaden vplyv.
– ak sa na kotle vyskytla 5 krát porucha s blokovaním
počas týchto dvoch hodín. Aj túto poruchu je treba zrušiť
stlačením tlačidla Reset na module EED.

Montáž
Modul EED sa pripevňuje na stenu dvomi skrutkami. Pri
zaznačovaní otvorov pre vyvŕtanie použite zadnú stenu
prístroja. Za týmto účelom demontujte priehľadný kryt
( obr. 2).
Pripojenie
Pomocou štvoržilového kábla je možné pripojiť spínaciu
jednotku k svorkovnici kotla ( obr. 3).

K dispozícii je beznapäťový výstup (prepínací kontakt)
CON3, obr. 4. Tento môžete využiť na elektronické
hlásenia porúch.
1 a 2 je normálna prevádzka
3 a 2 znamená prerušenie kontaktu
Hlásenie poruchy
Ak kontrolka bliká, pričom sa na jednu sekundu zapne a na
jednu sekundu vypne, vyskytla sa v kotle porucha.
Podržte stlačené tlačidlo Reset na kotle po dobu 3 sekúnd.
Znova sa spustí prevádzka kotla. Ak sa znova vyskytne
porucha kotla, tak ešte raz stlačte tlačidlo Reset. Ak sa teraz
znova vyskytne porucha kotla alebo sa budú poruchy
pravidelne opakovať, informujte prosím Vášho servisného
technika alebo príslušný zákaznícky servis.
– Pomalé blikanie znamená, že sa kontrolka na 1 sekundu
zapne/na 1 sekundu vypne.
– Pri rýchlom blikaní sa niekoľkokrát za sekundu zapne/
vypne.
Prípojka 0 - 10 V
Je možné riadiť kotol pomocou externého riadiaceho
napätia 0 - 10 V (jednosmerného napätia).
Treba preto pripojiť svorky 1 a 2 CON2, obr. 5.

POZOR:
Teplotu výstupu určuje externé riadiace
napätie. Nastavenie na UBA tu nemá žiaden
vplyv. Obmedzenie teploty výstupu musí
prispôsobiť externý regulátor. Ohľadom tejto
témy si prečítajte inštrukcie v návode k
externému regulátoru.
