3.3 Groot onderhoud
Voor groot onderhoud gelden dezelfde werkzaamheden als voor klein onder-
houd, echter bij groot onderhoud wordt ook de warmtewisselaar verbran-
dingszijdig volledig gereinigd.
Volg de werkzaamheden die bij paragraaf 3.2 (klein onderhoud) onder de pun-
ten 1 en 2 op.
a. Inspecteer de warmtewisselaar.
b. Demonteer de condensbak met de snelsluitingen onderaan de warmtewis-
selaar (figuur 3.3.1). Reinig de condensbak met behulp van een staalborstel.
De pakking bij vervuiling schoonmaken met een doek of zachte borstel.
c. Demonteer en controleer
- de ionisatie-elektrode (figuur 3.3.2);
- de gloeiplug (figuur 3.3.3), raak de gloeiplug nooit direct aan. Deze wordt
gevoed met 120 V~ (boven de 50 V~ is geen veilige spanning).
- de remplaat (figuur 3.3.4);
d. Reinig de warmtewisselaar door deze door te blazen. Eventueel behandelen
met Nefit Protector.
e. Monteer alle onderdelen na reiniging in omgekeerde volgorde. Controleer
daarbij de pakkingen grondig. Bij twijfel omtrent de toestand van de pakkin-
gen deze altijd vernieuwen.
Ga vervolgens verder met de werkzaamheden die bij paragraaf 3.2
(klein onderhoud) onder de punten 4 tot en met 8 vermeld staan.
