Calentar comidas congeladas

Sacar los platos precocinados de su envase.Si se
utilizan recipientes aptos para microondas, se
calientan más rápida y uniformemente. Es posible
que algunos componentes del plato se calienten a
diferente rapidez.
Los alimentos planos se calientan más rápido que
los altos. Por tanto, distribuir los alimentos de
manera que queden lo más planos posible en el
recipiente. No es aconsejable poner los alimentos
en capas, unos encima de otros, al congelarlos.
Tapar siempre los alimentos. A falta de una tapa que
encaje bien en la vajilla empleada, cubrir con un
plato o papel especial para microondas.
Entretanto, dar la vuelta o remover los alimentos 2 o
3 veces.
Una vez calentados, dejar reposar los platos de 2 a
5 minutos para homogeneizar su temperatura.
Utilizar siempre guantes o agarradores para retirar
los recipientes.
