Scongelare e cuocere
Grado scongelamento:
solo per dolci delicati
(p. es. torte alla panna).
Acceso:
1. Estrarre la manopola con una leggera
pressione al centro.
2. Premere il tasto funzione
v.
3. Ridurre con la manopola la temperatura
del forno, finché nel display temperatura
compare – – –.
❑ Il ventilatore sulla parete posteriore
del forno gira senza riscaldamento.
❑ Scongelare il dolce per 25 – 45
minuti, secondo la grandezza e il tipo.
Poi toglietelo dal forno e lasciatelo
disgelare ancora per 30 – 45 minuti.
❑ Per pirccole quantità (pezzetti), il
tempo di scongelamento in forno si
abbrevia a 15 – 20 minuti e il tempo di
postscongelamento fuori del forno a
10 – 15 minuti.

2. Fate rientrare la manopola premendola
leggermente al centro.
