I have a NEFF D 5855XO and the fans have stopped turning whe : 2014

I have a NEFF D 5855XO and the fans have stopped turning when it it is switched on. If open the covers and spin the fans by hand it is enough to get the fans to start spinning properly. However, once I switch the fans off and try to restart them I have to go through the same procedure to get them to start spinning at proper speed.

Any suggestions?
