Filtri e manutenzione
3. Montare i filtri per grassi.
Cambio del filtro a carbone attivo:
❑ Nel caso di servizio normale (da 1 a 2
ore al giorno), i filtri a carbone attivo
devono essere sostituiti circa 1 volta
all'anno.
❑ Il filtro a carbone attivo è in vendita nel
commercio specializzato (vedi capitolo
"Accessori speciali").
❑ Usare solo filtri originali.
Così si assicura il funzionamento
ottimale.
Smaltimento del filtro a carbone attivo
usato:
❑ I filtri a carbone attivo non contengono
sostanze inquinanti. Essi possono essere
p. es. smaltiti come rifiuti comuni.
3. Innestare la linguetta.
Smontaggio:
Attenzione: le lampadine alogene devono
essere spente e raffreddate.
1. Smontare i filtri per grassi.
2. Premere la linguetta e staccare il filtro a
carbone attivo verso il basso.
2. Inserire il filtro a carbone attivo.Smontaggio e montaggio dei filtri
metallici per grassi:
Attenzione: le lampadine alogene devono
essere spente e raffreddate.
1. Premere il dispositivo di arresto dei filtri
per grassi nel senso della freccia, ruotare
in basso e togliere i filtri.
2. Pulire i filtri per grassi.
3. Inserire di nuovo i filtri per grassi.
Filtro grassii:
Per trattenere i componenti grassi dei
vapori di cottura si utilizzano filtri
metallici per grassi.
Le stuoie filtro sono costituite da materiale
ininfiammabile.
Attenzione:
A causa della progressiva saturazione con
residui grassi, l'infiammabilità aumenta, e il
funzionamento della cappa aspirante può
essere pregiudicato.
Importante:
Pulendo tempestivamente i filtri metallici per
grassi, si previene il pericolo d'incendio, che
può essere causato da un'accumulo di
calore durante la frittura o l'arrosto.
Montaggio:
Attenzione: le lampadine alogene devono
essere spente e raffreddate.
