Langtidsstegning er en langsom tilberedningsmåde ved lav
temperatur, som derfor også kaldes lavtemperaturstegning.
Langtidsstegning er ideelt til alle former for kød af særlig god
kvalitet, som f.eks. skært kød fra okse, kalv, svin, lam og
fjerkræ, der skal tilberedes meget præcist, f.eks. som rosastegt.
Kødet bevarer al saften og bliver mørt og blødt.
Anvende langtidsstegning
Tænd kun for ovnfunktionen Langtidsstegning, når ovnrummet
er helt kølet af (stuetemperatur).
Hvis der efter aktivering af ovnfunktionen Langtidsstegning
vises "Ikke mulig" i tekstdisplayet og i temperaturdisplayet
skiftevis
eller œ og üüü, er ovnrummet ikke kølet helt af.
Vent, til ovnrummet er kølet af, og tænd derefter for
ovnfunktionen Langtidsstegning igen.
