Cuisson simultanée de plusieurs plats
Vous pouvez cuire à la vapeur des menus complets
simultanément, sans un transfert de goût. Enfournez en premier
le mets demandant la durée de cuisson la plus longue et
ajoutez les autres au moment approprié. Tous les mets seront
ainsi prêts en même temps.
La durée de cuisson totale s'allonge lors de la multicuisson, car
de la vapeur s'échappe lors de chaque ouverture de la porte
de l'appareil et l'appareil doit être chauffé de nouveau.
Légumes
Placer les légumes dans le bac de cuisson perforé et enfourner
au niveau 2. Enfourner en-dessous le bac de cuisson non
perforé, au niveau 1. Cela permet de recueillir le liquide qui
s'égoutte.
Garnitures et légumes secs
Ajouter de l'eau ou du liquide dans les proportions indiquées.
Exemple : 1:1,5 = pour 100 g de riz, ajouter 150 ml de liquide.
Vous pouvez choisir librement le niveau d'enfournement du bac
de cuisson non perforé.
