Pas på!
Beskadigelse af materialer på grund af varme: Temperaturen i
ovnrummet bliver meget høj. Hold ovndøren lukket under
grilning. Grill aldrig med åben ovndør.
Anvisninger
Det er bedst at anvende universalbradepanden med rist til
grilning
Læg risten i universalbradepanden, og sæt begge dele ind i
den rille, der er angivet i grilltabellen.
Placer altid de enkelte stykker grillmad midt på risten
Ved grilning af flere stykker kød på en gang skal de enkelte
stykker helst skal være af samme type kød med omtrent
samme tykkelse og vægt
Anvend risten til særligt store mængder. Placer risten i den
rille, der er angivet i grilltabellen. Sæt universalbradepanden
ind en rille længere nede for at undgå tilsmudsning.

Forlæng stegetiden.
Kontroller stegens kernetemperatur ved hjælp af et stegetermometer.
Der dannes kondensvand på apparatets
dør inde i ovnrummet
Kondensvandet tørrer bort under apparatets drift. Luk ovndøren kortvarigt og forsigtigt
op, hvis der dannes for meget kondensvand, så det hurtigere kan trække væk.
