Joghurt
Mit Ihrem Gerät können Sie Joghurt selbst herstellen.
Joghurt zubereiten
Nehmen Sie Zubehör und Gestelle aus dem Garraum.
Der Garraum muss leer sein.
1. 1 Liter Milch (3,5 % Fett) auf dem Kochfeld auf
90 °C erhitzen und auf 40 °C abkühlen.
Bei H-Milch reicht das Anwärmen auf 40 °C.
2. 150 g Joghurt (Kühlschrank-Temperatur) einrühren.
3. In Tassen oder kleine Gläser füllen und mit Frisch-
haltefolie abdecken.
4. Tassen oder Gläser auf den Garraumboden stellen
und wie in der Tabelle angegeben einstellen.
5. Nach der Zubereitung den Joghurt im Kühlschrank
abkühlen lassen.
