Gril à air pulsé La fonction “gril à air pulsé” allume et éteint
alternativement le serpentin du gril et le ventilateur.
La chaleur produite par le serpentin est répartie
uniformément dans le four.
Avantages:
Cette fonction convient particulièrement bien aux

Chaleur de sole Si la fonction “chaleur de sole uniquement” a été
choisie, seul s'allume le serpentin situé sur la sole
du four.
Avantages:
Convient particulièrement aux aliments et
pâtisseries dont la face inférieure doit dorer ou
former une croûte.
Utilisez cette fonction uniquement peu de temps
avant la fin de la cuisson ou du rôtissage.
Position de cuisson Sur cette position, la chaleur de sole vient s'ajouter à
des pizzas la chaleur tournante.
Avantages:
–Préparation fraîche de mets très fondants (par ex.
pizzas et gâteaux) à la face inférieure croustillante.
Convient par ex. pour les produits surgelés
(pizzas, frites, etc.)
Décongélation Un ventilateur situé sur la paroi arrière du four répartit
uniformément l’air dans le four autour du mets
surgelé.
Le ventilateur tourne sans le chauffage.
Avantages:
Décongélation en douceur
Les pièces de viande surgelées, la volaille, le pain
et les gâteaux décongèlent uniformément.
