H συσκευή είναι εφοδιασµένη µε ένα
καθαριστικ βοήθηµα για διευκλυνσή σας

θεια µιας αυτµατα ρυθµιζµενης εξάτ-
µισης καθαριστικού διαλύµατος
µαλακώνουν µε τη θερµτητα και τους
υδρατµούς τα κατάλοιπα πάνω στο εµαγιέ
και µπορούν στη συνέχεια να καθαριστούν
ευκολτερα.

δηµιουργούνται µέσα στον φούρνο
ιδανικές συνθήκες για να “γίνει” (να
διογκωθεί) ζύµη µε µαγιά.
Θερµοκρασία: 35 – 38° C
Υγρασία αέρα: 75 –100%
Πλεονεκτήµατα:
–Γρήγορη και οµοιµορφη αύξηση του
γκου της ζύµης.
– ∆εν στεγνώνει η ζύµη.
– ∆εν σχηµατίζεται πέτσα και ως εκ
τούτου µπορείτε να επεξεργαστείτε
περαιτέρω και να πλάσετε ευκολτερα
τη ζύµη.
– Μπορούν να αποφευχθούν διάφοροι
αρνητικοί εξωτερικοί παράγοντες (π.χ.
ρεύµα αέρα).
– Παρασκευή γιαουρτιού.
