διαφορές θερµοκρασίας στα

εξαρτήµατα. Οι παραµορφώσεις µπορεί

να επέλθουν, ταν µνο ένα µέρος του

εξαρτήµατος έχει καλυφεί ή έχουν

τοποθετηθεί σ’ αυτ κατεψυγµένα

τρφιµα, π. χ. πίτσα.

Yποδείξεις:

Το στράβωµα εξαφανίζεται πάλι ήδη

κατά τη διάρκεια του ψησίµατος

γλυκισµάτων ή κρέατος.
