Modi di funzionamento del forno
Descriviamo qui le quattro funzioni del forno: funzioni
aria calda, funzioni convenzionali, funzioni grill e
funzioni speciali. Le funzioni del forno si articolano
nelle seguenti modalità di funzionamento.
Funzioni
aria calda
* Fanno parte delle funzioni aria calda:
CircoTherm Aria calda Con un sistema di riscaldamento, disposto nella
parete posteriore del forno, l'aria riscaldata viene
ricircolata nel forno, ottenendo così un'ottima
trasmissione del calore alle pietanze da cuocere o
arrostire.
Vantaggi:
–È possibile la cottura contemporanea su
3 altezze
– il forno si sporca poco
–brevi tempi di riscaldamento
– basse temperature del forno
–Grado scongelamento, regolazione del grado
scongelamento, vedi capitolo "Scongelare e
cuocere".
Funzione cottura pizza Nella posizione di cottura pizza il riscaldamento
inferiore si aggiunge all’CircoTherm aria calda.
Vantaggi:
– cottura per il consumo immediato di cibi molto
succosi, per es. pizza e dolci succosi con lato
inferiore croccante;
– molto indicata per prodotti surgelati, per es.
pizza, patatine ecc.
Funzione cottura pane Grado cottura pane con CircoTherm aria calda.
Regolabile 180 – 220° C.
Avvertenza Riscaldamento rapido
Può essere aggiunto all’CircoTherm aria calda.
