Funciones del horno
CircoTherm Un ventilador instalado en la pared de fondo del
horno se encarga de hacer circular el aire caliente
por el interior del mismo, lográndose así una
transmisión óptima del calor a los alimentos.
Las ventajas:

–Tiempos de calentamiento del horno más cortos
El horno trabaja con menores temperaturas
Calor superior y inferior Los cuerpos radiadores de calefacción incorporados
(Sistema convencional de en la parte superior e inferior del horno generan el
calentamiento del forno) calor y lo transmiten a los alimentos por proceso de
radiación.
Horneado y asado sólo es posible en un piso.
Las ventajas:
Adecuado para hacer pasteles húmedos, pizzas,
quiches
Asado con grill de El cuerpo de calefacción instalado en la parte
superficie variable superior del horno genera el calor que, mediante
proceso de radiación, es transmitido a los alimentos.
Particularmente apropiado para asar trozos o
piezas de carne pequeños y no muy gruesos,
como por ejemplo filetes o salchichas, así como
pescado, verduras y emparedados.
Grill grande Las ventajas:
Se calienta toda la superficie del grill
Opción apropiada particularmente para asar
grandes cantidades
Grill pequeño Las ventajas:
Sólo se calienta la zona central de la superficie
del grill

pequeñas cantidades
