ThermoGrill En el asado con grill con recirculación del aire
caliente se conectan y desconectan alternativamente
el cuerpo de calefacción del grill y el ventilador.
El ventilador distribuye el calor generado por el
cuerpo de calefacción del grill de modo uniforme por
el interior del mismo.
Las ventajas:
Particularmente apropiado para asar pollos y
grandes trozos de carne.
Calor inferior Con esta opción se conecta sólo el cuerpo de
calefacción de la parte inferior del horno.
Las ventajas:
Modalidad apropiada particularmente para
alimentos cuya parte inferior necesite más
cochura o deba tener una corteza crujiente.
Utilizarla sólo brevemente, poco antes de concluir
el tiempo de horneado o cocción prescrito.
Programa para pizza En el programa para pizza se activa, además del
CircoTherm, el calor inferior (solera).
Las ventajas:
Las pizzas o los pasteles salen húmedos pero
crujientes por abajo.
Opción particularmente apropiada para
productos ultracongelados como por ejemplo
pizzas, patatas fritas, etc.
Escalón de descongelación Un ventilador situado en la pared posterior del horno
de alimentation distribuye el aire en torno a los alimentos
congelados.
El ventilador funciona sin conectarse los focos de
calefacción.
Las ventajas:
Una descongelación cuidadosa de los alimentos
Los trozos de carne congelada, las aves, las
piezas de pan y los pasteles se decongelan
uniformemente.
