Do not let the power cable hang over the edge of a table or
counter, or touch hot surfaces.
Do not allow this product to come in contact with curtains, wall
coverings, clothing, dishtowels or other ammable materials
during use.
Never pour oil directly into the basket. Always use a brush to
lightly brush oil on the food when required.
Do not leave the product unattended when switched on.
The surfaces of the product get hot during use.
Do not touch the hot parts of the product directly.
The heat of the product may cause damage to the surface the
product is placed on. Always place the product on a at, stable
and heat resistant surface to prevent damage to the
surroundings of the product.
Allow the product to cool down before cleaning and storing it.
Before rst use
1. Remove all packaging from the outside and inside of the product.
2. Clean all parts that come into contact with food with hot water
and dish soap after each use.
3. Clean the outside of the product with a soft clean, damp cloth.
4. Before rst use, perform at least one heating cycle while the
product is empty.
4When the product heats up for the rst time, it may emit slight
smoke or odour. This is normal and does not aect the safety of
the product.
Using the product
1. Place the product on a stable, at and heat resistant surface.
2. Keep the air outlet A5 at least 15 cm away from the wall.
3. Place the cooking pan A6 in the product.
4. Place the frying basket A7 or the grill plate A8 in the cooking
pan A6.

accessory per cooking preset.

Do not ll the inside of the basket with oil or other liquids. The
product uses hot air to cook your food.
5. Plug the power cable Aq into a power outlet.
6. Select one of the cooking / grilling presets B24. The display
B1 shows the default temperature and time of the selected
preset.
7. Press the control dial B3. The temperature on the display B1
ashes.
8. Rotate the control dial B3 to adjust the temperature.
4It is not possible to adjust the temperature when using the grill
presets B4.
9. Press the control dial B3 to conrm the temperature. The time
on the display B1 ashes.
10. Rotate the control dial B3 to adjust the cooking time.
To use the product with the probe thermometer, follow steps 11
– 19.
To use the product without the probe thermometer, follow steps
13 – 19.
If you selected the Beef preset, follow the steps in chapter ‘Grilling
beef.
11. Plug the connector of the probe thermometer A9 into the
probe thermometer input B7.
12. Stick the probe thermometer A9 into the centre of the food.
4The display B1 shows the measured temperature.
13. Press the start button B6 to start preheating. The display B1
shows “PRE”.
4The display B1 shows ADD” to indicate that preheating is done.
14. Use the lid handle A3 to open the lid A4. The display B1
shows “OPEN”.
15. Place the food inside the product.
16. Close the lid A4 to start the cooking process.
4To pause the preheating or cooking process, press the start
button B6.
4To stop the preheating or cooking process, press the cancel
button B5.
4The product automatically pauses the cooking process when the
lid A4 is open. The display B1 shows “OPEN”. Close the lid A4
to resume the cooking process.
4The product automatically stops when the time runs out. The
display shows “DONE’.
17. Open the lid A4.

Be careful, hot steam may escape.
4Close the lid and reset the timer and temperature if the food is
not ready yet.

Do not touch the frying basket A7 or grill plate A8 with bare
hands.
18. Remove the prepared food using a kitchen tong.

Do not use a metal tool to remove the food to avoid damaging
the coating.
19. Press the cancel button B5 to switch o the product. The
display shows “OFF’.
4The fan automatically stops after 0 – 60 seconds in standby.
Grilling beef
1. Press the “Beef preset.
2. Plug the connector of the probe thermometer A9 into the
probe thermometer input B7.
3. Press the control dial B3. The temperature on the display B1
ashes.
4. Rotate the control dial B3 to adjust the temperature.
4It is not possible to adjust the time when using the beef preset,
the cooking process stops automatically when the probe
thermometer A9 measures the selected meat temperature.
5. Press the control dial B3. The doneness option ashes on the
display B1.
6. Rotate the control dial B3 to select the desired doneness. The
corresponding meat temperature appears on the display B1.
7. Continue with steps 13 – 19 of “Using the product”.
4The cooking process stops automatically when you unplug the
probe thermometer.
4The cooking process stops automatically when the selected meat
temperature is not reached within one hour.
