Intended use
This product is intended exclusively for making crêpes.
This product is intended for use in household environments for
typical housekeeping functions that may also be used by non-
expert users for typical housekeeping functions, such as: shops,

in hotels, motels and other residential type environments and/or in
bed and breakfast type environments.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with a reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the product by a
person responsible for their safety.
The product is intended for indoor use only.
The product is not intended for professional use.
Any modication of the product may have consequences for safety,
warranty and proper functioning.

Do not leave the product unattended when switched on.

Unplug the product when not in use and before cleaning.
Do not use external timers or remote control systems to switch
the product on or o.
Disconnect the product from the power source before service
and when replacing parts.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the product.
If the surface is cracked, switch o the product to avoid the
possibility of an electric shock.
Do not place metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and
lids in or on the product since they can get hot.
Do not use a metal tool to remove the food to avoid damaging
the coating.
Before rst use
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Clean the product with a damp cloth.
3. Place the product on a stable, at and heat resistant surface.

The power indicator LED A
6 lights up red to indicate that the
product is switched on.
Leave the product on for about 10 minutes.

When the product heats up for the rst time, it may emit slight
smoke or odor. This is normal and does not aect the safety of
the product.
6. Unplug the product from the power outlet and allow it to cool
down.

The product is now ready for use.
Using the product
1. Place the product on a stable, at and heat resistant surface.
2. Clean all parts that come in contact with food before use.
3. Assemble the batter spreader by inserting the batter spreader
handle A

Using the correct amount of batter is important. Make sure the
batter covers about 2/3 of the cooking plate. If the batter spills
over the edges, use less batter next time.
