• Controleer of de veiligheidssleutel correct op de console is aangesloten.
Opmerking: Zonder de veiligheidssleutel kan de gebruiker alle activiteiten uitvoeren behalve het activeren van de
loopband.Opdeconsolewordtueraanherinnerdomdeveiligheidssleutelinhetslottesteken('+SAFETYKEY').
• Bevestig de veiligheidssleutelclip altijd aan uw kleding terwijl u aan het trainen bent.
• Bij een noodgeval trekt u de veiligheidssleutel uit het slot om de stroom naar de band en de hellingsmotoren uit te
schakelen. Hierdoor zal de band snel worden gestopt (houd u vast - dit is een abrupte stop) en de training worden
gewist.DrukopdePAUSE/STOP-toetsomdebandtestoppenenhetprogrammatepauzeren.
7. DrukopdeUSER-toetsomdegewenstegebruikervoordetrainingtekiezen.
8. KiesuwtrainingmetdePROGRAMS-toetsendetoetsenHoger/Lager.
9. Druk op de OK-toets wanneer uw gewenste training wordt getoond.
10. De console zal u een reeks vragen stellen om de training te individualiseren. Wanneer op de console de boodschap
'READY?'(Klaar?)verschijnt,druktuopdeSTART-toets.Opdeconsoleverschijnt'RAMPINGUP'terwijldeloopband
op snelheid komt. Wees voorzichtig bij het opstappen op de loopband.
De band begint pas te bewegen na een hoorbare aftelling met pieptoon van 3 seconden.
Gebruik altijd de handgrepen om op en af de loopband te stappen, of wanneer de helling of de snelheid
verandert.
Indien het geluid werd gedempt, verschijnt de boodschap 'AUDIO OFF' (Geluid uit) gedurende enkele
seconden op de console.
Om in een noodsituatie van de loopband af te stappen grijpt u de handgrepen vooraan of aan de zijkanten
vast en gaat u veilig op de zijvoetsteunen staan. Breng de loopband tot stilstand en stap voorzichtig van het
toestel af.
Opmerking: Uw toestel is uitgerust met een duurzame loopband van hoge kwaliteit die voorzien is op lange uren van
betrouwbareservice.Eenloopbanddiegedurendeeenlangeperiodeheeftstilgestaan,indefabrieksverpakking
ofnademontage,kanbijhetopstarteneen'bonzend'geluidproduceren.Ditkomtdoordebanddieoverde
kromming van de voorste en achterste rollen rolt. Dit is normaal en wijst niet op een probleem met uw toestel. Nadat
u de loopband een tijdje hebt gebruikt, zal het bonzende geluid verdwijnen. Hoe lang dit duurt, hangt af van de
omgevingstemperatuur en -vochtigheid waarin de loopband moet werken.
Opstart/Stand-by-modus
De console wordt opgestart in de Opstart/Stand-by-modus als hij op een stroombron is aangesloten, de aan/uit-schake-
laar is ingeschakeld en de veiligheidssleutel correct in het contactslot zit.
Opmerking: Zonder de veiligheidssleutel kan de gebruiker alle activiteiten uitvoeren behalve het activeren van de
loopband.Opdeconsolewordtueraanherinnerdomdeveiligheidssleutelinhetslottesteken('+SAFETYKEY').
Zodra de veiligheidssleutel in het slot zit, moet u opnieuw op de START-toets drukken om de geselecteerde training
te beginnen.
Automatisch uitschakelen (slaapstand)
Als de console in een tijdspanne van ongeveer 5 minuten geen enkele input ontvangt, dan wordt hij automatisch uitge-
schakeld. Het lcd-display is uitgeschakeld wanneer de console in de slaapstand staat.
Om de console uit te schakelen zet u alle bedieningselementen op de uit-stand en verwijdert u daarna de
stekker uit het stopcontact.
Initiële installatie
Wanneer de console voor de eerste keer wordt opgestart, moeten de datum, de tijd en de gewenste meeteenheden wor-
den ingesteld.

  • The belt does not start. When starting on manual and the speed setting is on 2 when it is counting down from 3 sec.When it comes down to 0 sec the speed setting goes to 0 and nothing happens.

    Power is ok
    Safety and thermal switch are ok
