Neem hamburgers van
dezelfde dikte voor een
gelijke bereidingstijd.
Hamburgers van meer dan
2,5 cm dikte moeten indirect
gegrild worden.
HOOG: 2½ minuut per kant Medium: 5 minuten
HOOG: 3 minuten per kant Well done: 6 minuten

HOOG, MIDDELHOOG,
LAAG: 2 minuten per kant
en daarna middelhoog tot
laag
20 – 25 minuten
Snijd het gewricht tussen de
dij en de poot voor drie kwart
door zodat het vlees plat op
de brander kan liggen en
gelijkmatig gaar wordt.
Varkenskarbonades
MEDIUM 6 minuten per kant
Kies dikke stukken voor
malser vlees. Snijd overtollig
vet af.
Spareribs
HOOG tot LAAG: hoog
gedurende 5 minuten en
daarna laag tot ze gaar zijn
20 minuten per kant en
vaak keren
Kies ribs met veel mager
vlees eraan. Grill tot het
vlees gemakkelijk van het bot
komt.
Lamskarbonades
HOOG tot MEDIUM: hoog
gedurende 5 minuten en
daarna medium tot ze gaar
zijn
15 minuten per kant
Kies dikke stukken voor
malser vlees. Snijd overtollig
vet af.
Hotdogs
MIDDELHOOG tot LAAG 4 – 6 minuten
Kies grote worsten en snijd
ze voor het grillen in de
lengte in.
