3.3.5 Identified area
It is at the right hand screen
3.3.6Check spelling area
At the top of the Identified area are the Check spelling area. Click the [Check Spelling] button and
the Check Spelling function will prompt to start.
Users can ignore, replace by the suggestions or simply type in the correct text on the text box
3.3.7Bottom area
There is an Bottom area under the Identified area, click the [Show Text Properties] to extract the

Text Properties
When there are text box, Text Properties will prompt out relate fields. Users can change and adjust
the settings by Style, Font, Size, Language, Font color, Effects, Alignment, Background color, Scaling
and Spacing
3.4 Pack and UnPack functions
These functions are for users to group files by one click. Select several files which need to pack and
then click the [Pack] button. To unpack files, select the [UnPack].
3.5 Convert PDF and To PDFs functions
These functions are convert image files to PDF format and group several PDF files to one. Select one
image file and click the [Convert PDF] button. It will convert the file to PDF format. To group several
PDF files to one, just need select two or more PDF files, then click the [To PDFs] and it will integrate
them together.
3.6 To Mail function
Select a file then click the [To Mail] button. Windows Explorer and the default e-mail system will pop
up. Users can drag and drop any files to the mailbox as attachment.
3.7 To Printer function
Select a file then click the [To Printer] button. Print screen will pop up. Choose the suitable printer
and start to print
